I do not want X-Men in the MCU. Its a bad idea and a bad mix in movies.
That been said, Nakia does become a villain in the comics, so we know what the future holds if the government approves the Fox deal.

Find the only two prominent African characters in the Marvel Universe and marry them... always thought that was a bit lazy in the comic books. Now need for a repeat on the big screen. |

Find the only two prominent African characters in the Marvel Universe and marry them... always thought that was a bit lazy in the comic books. Now need for a repeat on the big screen. I guess it makes sense if you’re a head of state to have a person who can control the weather. |

That been said, Nakia does become a villain in the comics, so we know what the future holds if the government approves the Fox deal. Maybe that’s the direction after Avengers 4? I think it can be done right if they gently introduce the idea. |

Even Chris Claremont thought it was a bad idea. So, they get married and then what happens? Storm becomes a supporting player in T’Challa’s book? I love Black Panther but, fuck no. Storm is the President not the First Lady. Kings get married to produce heirs. And if you’re an X-Men fan, they idea of Storm as some kind of royal incubator would be repulsive to you in the extreme. There is a reason why they backpedaled so hard on that nonsense with the “annulment” story which happened in two panels. It was a bad idea from jump. I talk out of the side of my face when it comes to a lot of shit but, not the X-Men. I’ve read 30 years of X-Men - three times over. If you don’t know, I suggest you pick up some issues. |

Of course, this would mean making all the BP stories more of a team up of the two rather than be primarily about him. |
