BTW. Since when are France regarded as a big 5 league. ? Take away PSG and .....

Paris has PSG, Paris FC (2nd tier), Red Star FC (3rd tier, 2nd until last season), Racing Club de France (5th tier).

It makes it incredibly difficult for these sides, but you can see the logic behind it. Maybe if the people from all these countries are true to their word and champions of each country deserve respect they'll see the Europa League as prestigious because they'll be playing against them.
If these sides want to compete the future must be cross border leagues.
