Of course The Dark Knight is #1 again.
Seems like a good list, not my Top 10 and I wouldn't include the non DC/Marvel movies but I agree with some of the others.

I'd have TDK and Batman Begins in my top 10, but TDKR is total garbage. It's cartoonish as hell and doesn't even feel like a Batman movie. DOFP is every bit as awful as X3 or Apocalypse, I don't understand the fascination with that film. The writing is completely nonsensical.
My #1 film based on a graphic novel would be Road To Perdition.
