Yeah this is where I understand why people say that the DCEU has the better costumes.
For the ones here, the ones that are good, are really good like Spider-man, Iron Man, Captain America, Black Panther and Doctor Strange.
The rest though....mediocre, with the same dark colour and body armour look which is done for Black Widow, Rocket Racoon, Thor and Falcon.
Scarlet Witch with a boring dark red coat. Nebula stole the dark red Daredevil 2003 suit. Star Lord is just wearing a dark red jacket and Gamora is always wearing a dark red jacket.
Then there's Winter Soldier who looks like he should be a part of the Bee Gees.
Thanos looks alright but not nearly as cool looking as when he had his armour on and looked more like his comic counter part in Guardians of the Galaxy so I don't know where his armours gone.
So hit and miss.

If Xmen had those costumes there would be an uproar of the muted coloured black leather. Exactly! Truth is: most of the MCU unis are boring as shit. |

So hit and miss. War Machine, Mantis, Vison, Hulk, Drax, Okoye, Teenage Groot are good. I can't really bitch at Black Widow black is comic accurate. I actually like the blue and red of Falcon and Thor. I agree With Spiderman, Iron Man, Cap, Black Panther and Strange being the best. I don't know how I feel about Gamora, Nebula, Starlord, and Rocket. The red Ravenger uniforms were ok in the GotG movies. Seem a little out of place here. I'm ok with Scarlet Witch. I don't want to see her in the comic bikini outfit. Thanos Winter Soldier Shuri are meh I did kind of like Thanos' armor in previous. Out of 23 characters I think they did good to great with 16 and 7 adequate to Meh. |

And yet they can't even give RONIN THE HELMET! What is it with Marvel's refusal to give Barton the headgear!?!?! What will be even more Ironic is they give him the Ronin full face helmet and never give him the Hawkeye one. They need to give him both! AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!1!!!!! |

Those X-men costumes suck too. At the end of the movie they did have different costumes which might be in Dark Phoenix hopefully.

Why would the X-men be wearing black leather? The uniforms don't have to be brightly colored like Cap in The Avengers. Take Cyclops for example. Navy blue and a brownish gold would be okay. It's the black that is the problem. They all look like bobbing heads when they walk down those dark corridors. Still don't get why they wear dark browns, blacks and grays in DoFP. It's not to blend into dark. The Sentinels sense them by the X-gene. |

Some team members have blue collars while others have yellow. This may be a statement about non-conformity or some indication of their professional status. And everyone has two valves a piece that they can fiddle with should boredom set in or, should the need arise, hook up to an external nitrous oxide supply. Last but not least, everyone has thigh zippers for storing Twizzlers should they get the munchies while strapped into the Blackbird traveling at super-sonic speeds. |
