It was a screenjunkies question during their livestream...
The one guy went with the opening scene of Blade...the other went with the moment Neo becomes the One at the end of the matrix and destroys Agent Smith.
Not even sure where to begin with my own so ima think on it...

"I'll put ya cunt wife on the street to be fucked in the ass by n****rs and Puerto Ricans. Ya kids mine because I bought 'it. You got 'im on loan, he is leased, you are renting him. I'll whack out ya whole family. People'll be eatin' 'em in their lunch tomorrow in their Wimpyburgers and not know it"
Robert Prosky doing one hell of a job here as the chilling and ruthless mob boss Leo, in the classic crime-thriller Thief (1981) by Michael Mann.

It is indeed hard to beat the opening scene of Blade when it comes to "badass" badass.
In terms of epicly badass, I would say the final death charge of the samurai in The Last Samurai, one of my favorite films of all time.
edit: Honorable mention to Rorschach prison fight scene: "I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked up here with me."
edit 2: "Free bird" death ride in Devil's Rejects

"The pleasure is all mine!"
Richard Lynch completely owns the scene in the classic over-the-top action film Invasion U.S.A (1985). A nasty but very memorable introduction to one of my favorite Chuck Norris villains.

"Come with me if you want to live."
I will take a break for now, but I have one more on my mind and that is of course one which is very hard to forget. The legendary Tech-Noir massacre in James Cameron's The Terminator (1984) is all bad ass.

Rambo cauterizing his own wound in Rambo III probably takes top prize for me.
Second...probably when McCauley goes out of his way to take revenge on Waingro in Heat.
Third...the convoy chase in The Dark Knight. The lack of music really makes the entire sequence feel so raw and real.

Bane's opening plane hijacking scene in The Dark Knight Rises.

Colin Firth wiping out the hate group in Kingsman: The Secret Service. Agreed! In my vision, 10 times better than the Church scene. "Manners Maketh Man"
