The vast majority of animal foods that are eaten around the world are something I'd only eat if I were starving. I also won't eat animal foods (like chicken, fish) if they have bones I have to pick out. I won't eat something like a chicken leg or breast. I like chicken patties--no bones, no tendons, etc. There's some animal food I really like--I love hamburgers and ground beef, I like sausages, I like pepperoni, I love bacon, I like pulled pork barbecue, I like some fish, I like eggs, but there's far more animal food that I don't like. And when I eat some kinds of food, like Indian, I'll only eat vegetarian.
Even plenty of typical "American" animal food I don't care for. I don't really care about steak very much, though I'll eat it occasionally. I never eat prime rib. Don't really care for ribs. Don't like pork chops. Etc.
But there's a lot of animal food eaten around the world that is really gross and that I'd never try. I could easily be a vegetarian instead, and I have in fact eaten vegetarian for extended periods a couple times in my life.

Raisins
Coconut - works better as a scent than a food. I got coconut milk shampoo and pineapple coconut deodorant. Love the way it smells. But If i drink or eat something with coconut in it.... YUCK!
Liver
Hot Dogs
Lettuce - can not stand that leafy texture
Pork chops - the only form of pork I don't like

Seafood, mushrooms, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, & onions while not awful get in the f'n way. Why would I want onions on my burger to mask the taste of...wait for it... my f'n beef burger.

LOL that's how i feel about lettuce and tomatoes being on a burger Lettuce is just water in solid non-ice form for me. My burger go to's are just mustard & pickles, cuz vinegar ftw. Lettuce works if there's bacon & cheese goin' on, help balance. Texture is big for me I guess... & crunchy freshies like lettuce is fine. Mushy = disgusting... see my list.

I'm a picky eater to begin with but I'd say that almost all seafood with the exception of shrimp is at the top of the list along with mushrooms.
