Killmonger said at the end of the movie that he'd rather die than be put in prison. But why would Killmonger be in prison?
Killmonger didn't break any of Wakanda's laws. Killmonger was the uncle's real biological son so Killmonger wasn't an imposter. Killmonger challenged T'Challa for the throne, which Killmonger had a legal right to do by Wakandan law, and T'Challa accepted. Killmonger defeated T'Challa in combat so Killmonger was the rightful King of Wakanda according to Wakandan law. And as the rightful King of Wakanda, Killmonger had the legal right by Wakandan law to order his army and his ships to go outside Wakanda and wage war.
So what Wakandan law did Killmonger break? Why would Killmonger be put in prison when he didn't break any Wakandan laws? Is it just normal policy that the King of Wakanda can just throw anyone in a Wakandan jail just because they challenged the King?

Black Panther made a BILLION dollars. Killmonger defeated T'Challa in combat so Killmonger was the rightful King of Wakanda according to Wakandan law. And as the rightful King of Wakanda, Killmonger had the legal right by Wakandan law to order his army and his ships to go outside Wakanda and wage war. Wrong. T'Challa didn't die and didn't yield. The fight hadn't ended. Erik gave unlawful orders and refused to resume the fight according to law/custom.

By interfering in the fight, Forest Whitaker is basically yielding on behalf of T'Challa, who was too incapacitated to yield for himself. So the fight was over and Killonger did win the fight legally and was the legal and rightful King of Wakanda. So Killmonger's orders as King were legal by Wakandan law. So Killmonger didn't break any Wakanda laws. So is it normal Wakandan policy that the King of Wakanda can just throw anyone in jail just because they challenged the King?

Should have had someone confirm T'Challa's status. They didn't need. T'Challa was declared legally dead when Killmonger threw him off the edge of the waterfall. Natalee Holloway's body has never been found. But she's already been declared legally dead. Same with T'Challa. They didn't need to find T'Challa's body because he was declared legally dead when Killmonger threw him off the edge of the waterfall and Killonger was legally declared the winner of the mortal combat. So Killmonger was legally the rightful King of Wakanda. So my question still stands: Since Killmonger never boke any Wakandan law, why would Killmonger be put in prison? Is it normal Wakandan policy that the King of Wakanda can just throw anyone in a Wakandan jail just because they challenged the King? One person breaking the law doesn't make it OK for someone else to break the law. You can burn this straw man along with all of your DCEU Blu-ray discs. Erik assumed T’Challa would imprison him. T’Challa only offered to heal him - because he is not barbaric or savage. And, in case you didn’t notice, Erik killed a fuck ton of people - illegally. He was right in assuming he’d end up in a cage somewhere.
This drivel you’re pecking out on your keyboard is getting more and more desperate. It’s embarrassing, man. Keep it coming though... Death Man abides.

1: When T'Challa was seen clearly alive Okoye we presume rightly declared that the challenge had not ended there by meaning Killmonger was not the rightful King, she wanted the fight to go on for a winner to be decided but Killmonger refused which if the challenge was incomplete he wasn't legally king and there by had no right to deploy Wakandan tech let alone refuse the challenge from the last rightful king, hence criminal acts against Wakanda.
2: Even if you ignore that he's a wanted international criminal who broke multiple laws, so whose to say the prison would be a Wakandan one, as a member of the royal family he may haver claim to diplomatic status but T'Challa as his king could wave that right should he so choose.
3: It's an assumption and possibly a faulty one Killmonger made not a outright declaration of intent by T'Challa.

T’Challa only offered to heal him - because he is not barbaric or savage.[/quote] T'Challa is indeed barbaric and savage. He engages in bloody and violent combat for the throne. And even with the medical technology to save Killmonger, T'Challa doesn't save him. If T'Challa wasn't barbaric and savage, then he would've saved Killmonger. in case you didn’t notice, Erik killed a fuck ton of people - illegally That was outside Wakanda. So he can't be charged within Wakanda for those crimes. And unless Wakanda has an extradition treaty with those other countries, which is unlikely since Wakanda is isolationist, then Wakanda can't arrest Killmonger for those crimes in other countries. Moreover, since Killmonger defeated T'Challa and was the rightful and legal King of Wakanda, Killmonger has diplomatic immunity.

The fight had officially ended and Killmonger was the rightful King because he won the combat TWICE. 1st, the fight is supposed to be 1-on-1. When Forest Whitaker stopped Killmonger from chopping off T'Challa's head, Forest Whitaker basically yielded on behalf of T'Challa, who was too incapacitated to yield for himself. So Killmongre won the fight due to Forest Whitaker yielding on behalf of T'Challa. 2nd, when Killmonger threw T'Challa off the edge of the waterfall, T'Challa was declared legally dead. So for legal purpose, T'Challa was dead and Killmonger won the fight. It's similar to how even though Natalee Holloway's body was never found, she's already been declared legally dead. So if her family ahd any life insurance policy on her, they can collect the life insurance money even though her body has never been found because for legal purposes, she is dead. Same with T'Challa. When Killmonger threw T'Challa off the edge of the waterfall, T'Challa was declared legally dead so for legal purposes, T'Challa was dead and the fight was over. That's why Killmonger was allowed to take the hallucination drug and be coronated as King. Or do you think they would've said, "Well, we don't know for sure that T'Challa is dead, but we'll let you take the hallucination drug and be coronated as King anyway just in case T'Challa never comes back"? They declared T'Challa dead, the fight was officially over, and Killmonger was the rightful and legal King, and that's why they let Killmogner take the hallucination drug and be coronated as King. Since the first fight was officially over, T'Challa's challenge wasn't a continuation of the 1st fight but a new challenge, which Killmonger had the legal right to deny, and which Killonger did deny. 3: It's an assumption and possibly a faulty one Killmonger made not a outright declaration of intent by T'Challa. T'Challa didn't refute Killmonger's claim at all. Because T'Challa really wanted Killmonger dead. Because T'Challa was afraid that if Killmonger lived, Killmonger would 1 day challenge him again for the throne and Killmonger could win again like he won the 1st time. That's why T'Challa wanted Killmonger dead and didn't save Killmonger.

Btw when you say 'he basically yielded on his behlaf' you're hedging, because you know it's a dumb argument that you have no confidence in. ONE BILLION DOLLAHS

Killmonger said at the end of the movie that he'd rather die than be put in prison. But why would Killmonger be in prison? Killmonger probably figured he’d be sent to the Wakandan equivalent of Guantanamo Bay. A place where dangerous people are stored, circumventing the normal legal system that might set them free. You really need to stick with the Saturday morning superhero cartoons. Black Panther is apparently way over your head. Fortunately, most people aren’t so easily flummoxed. Where are we now? ... over $1,000,000,000 in ticket sales?! Holy Cow!

So T'Challa coming back doesn't neutralize Killmonger's victory. Killmonger officially won the 1st challenge and was the legal and rightful King, which is why he was given the hallucination drug and why he was coronated as King. T'Challa coming back wasn't a continuation of the 1st challenge. It was a new challenge, which Killmonger had a right to deny, and which Killmonger did deny. Answer this simple question: Why was Killmonger coronated as King? Was it because Killmonger officially won the 1st challenge and was the legal and rightful King of Wakanda OR was it because the Wakandan people are really so dumb that they actually said "This challenge isn't over because we haven't found T'Challa's dead body that you threw off the edge of the waterfall but we're going to coronate you as King anyway even though this challenge isn't over yet."?

Until he came back alive, which neutralized Killmonger's victory. No, because Forest Whitaker had already yielded on behalf of T'Challa. No, he just tried to save T'Challa and got killed for it. People crowned Killmonger because they thought T'Challa was dead and those who supported Killmonger didn't bother looking for the body to make Killmonger look more legitimate as King. Once T'Challa popped back up again Killmonger had to finish killing him to remain legitimate, and he failed. He had supporters though who were really traitors to T'Challa.

No, because Forest Whitaker had already yielded on behalf of T'Challa. No, he just tried to save T'Challa and got killed for it. So he interfered in what was supposed to be a 1-on-1 fight. That basically means that he yields on behalf of T'Challa and Killmonger is the official and legal winner.

No, it means he interfered and got killed for it because Killmonger wanted personal vengeance for his father as well. Nothing says this meant T'Challa yielded.
