For sane people like myself, there cannot be a "favorite" villain or female villain. That's why they're villains.
However, if you mean one who reminds us of real people, well the answer is clearly Nurse Wretched (okay, that's my name for the Cuckoo witch). Although she has no believable motivation, she is like many people today who pride themselves on having no motivation for their sadistic evil. She's just demonic, completely demon possessed.
But I wouldn't call a favorite, just one I believe exists in this feeble world.

But I wouldn't call a favorite, just one I believe exists in this feeble world. Indeed Louise Fletcher turns in one of the best villians ever. Cold calm and brilliantly manupilative. Its a cold stone stunner of a performance and an Oscar winning performance much deserved.
