Together again, I wanted to see Luke, Han, and Leia in the same scene just once. I know the scenes we got of them split up were alright tho I wish I could have seen Han and Luke together at least once. Thats just what I think tho.

When I first heard about the new trilogy thats what I wanted to see above everything (that and an older Luke in an epic Lightsaber duel which we didnt get either). Just a huge missed opportunity.

The degree to which Disney shit the bed on a sequel to Return of Jedi is absolutely mind-blowing. Movie should've made twice what it did. No exaggeration. More than anything else I wanted this: one scene, with at least the three principals although ideally also Chewie and the droids. One.
I'll never forgive Disney/KK/JJ for wasting the opportunity. Ever.

Ever. Yes I mean how hard is that, now all we have of them together is the movie premieres. I also never agreed with how the First Order is basically the Empire again at least create a new organization. Also how there werent more Jedis, and Luke never became the Grand Master of his own JO, like in Legends, thats just me anyways.

yes, but it also depends on how it's written.
I wanted more than just a cameo ensemble-scene, I wanted them to interact and having their own motivations and conflicts - you know, celebrate their relationship and characters. Not just be there to cheerlead for the new characters and confirm to the audience how super-awesome and lovable they are.
They partially blew that, Luke-Leia was fine despite the artificial nature of the scene, Leia-Han kinda ok I guess. Bummer they mostly talked about EmoRen.

Yeah thats true as well, it seems they were separated for most of it despite interacting a lot. Weird.

They wanted to kill the original characters so they can make room for the new characters they created. It sounds melodramatic for me to even write and re-read what I just wrote but it's the truth. ![](https://s26.postimg.org/gf93ycxax/giveup.gif) Now it's just Chewbacca and the Droids. ![](https://s26.postimg.org/t3q2w6g7t/sigh.gif)

But killing Han/Luke would have made sense if Leia finally had her big female moment in 9 - which will not happen unfortunately. Now we will get ghost Luke (maybe fighting - Yoda showed it works) and Rey likely having a bigger part in Kylos redemption (which will be different from Vader, likely him saving Rey and fleeing the galaxy - he will not die).

Yeah besides an appearance from Force Ghost Luke and MAYBE Lando in IX it will mostly be the new characters.

He appears in rebels voice acting. He is not as agile as ford or hamill. I only want him in if he fits

They shouldn't have brought back Yoda. Not the clown version of Yoda anyway. Christ, TLJ Yoda was honestly cringey to me. His stupid laugh...

And the fact that his dynamic with Luke reverted -- not just to Empire, but to the "trickster" Yoda from the beginning of their interactions together. As opposed to Jedi, when they spoke like men and old friends. It's just hack, fan fiction writing. Like every minute of Disney Wars.

Especially since Carrie is no longer with us and Luke was killed off. We already know that Disney likes to milk the classic characters, especially if it'll get even more asses in seats.

IK have to admit that's also one of my big regrets from these new movies; the chance to see them together again one last time in character and in action.
Why would the powers that be NOT want that too? I don't get it. That's a DUH fangasm moment.
If I was JJ Abrams I would have directed the shit out of that.
