No.
Like any movie tied to Eli Roth, the gore was on point...but that’s about all it has going for it. The characters were shallow and undeveloped and really missed an opportunity for a sisterly bonding type subplot. We spent the first 40 minutes focusing on male characters that don’t even matter partying in clubs and just not doing much of anything until an earthquake hits. Then it’s like the worst luck in the world as the group has to dodge a failing cable car, gangs full of rapists, escaped homicidal inmates, falling debris and a tsunami. It’s just a little too much.

Make this the third Snake Plissken movie and you might have something. "Escape From Valparaiso"...or was it Santiago? I can't remember now. I had fun watching it, reminded me of Final Destination, how everyone had to die in horrible ways.
