If you mean the 1965 movie from the stage play, I thought it immensely enjoyable and well-acted (Barbara Harris is luminous and Martin Balsam won an Oscar); but horribly dated. Jason Robards' character now seems smug and self-important. I don't know if the "Organization Man" exists anymore.

I don't know anything about it except that Balsam won an oscar. Which is enough to interest me since he was really good in heaps of great movies. So I've been keen to see it for ages but it's impossible to get in Australia.
