I know that I am going to get some Hate and Insults for saying this but the Lightsaber Fight between Rey and Kylo Ren in "THE FORCE AWAKENS" is My own Number 1 Favorite Lightsaber Fight out of the whole entire "STAR WARS" Franchise. I thought that it was Freaking Awesome!

It was shorter than I'd have done it. The saber going past Ren and into Rey's hand was cool though.

the cinematography was nice and the snowy woods setting was fresh, other than that it was a complete rehashing mess:
This fight started with a plot hole (injured Kylo overtaking Rey/Finn) and ended with an earth hole (chasm separating and saving emasculated Kylo from Rey). In between:
- Kylo-Finn was Luke Vader in Empire including the shoulder hit and the toying.
- Kylo Rey was Luke Vader in Jedi
- But it also had new stuff like Rey suddenly "downloading" (JJ) the Force and then being able to beat Kylo teh Master of the Ren.
The fight just mirrors what TFA was as a whole, if you like it you probably liked the film, if not, you hated it.

Kylo Ren was injured after Chewbacca shot him when he killed Han Solo.

Not that good, they look like kids playing with toy swords. When I was a kid i could do most of that at the playground

Kylo Ren was injured after Chewbacca shot him when he killed Han Solo. no, you misunderstand me. Yes Kylo was injured by a power weapon that should have killed him. BUT he still managed to run into the forest and overtake Rey/finn so that he was standing in fron of them when they met (Force Speed, Force Teleportation?). And he then threw Rey into the trees unimpaired, and he toyed with Finn without haste and fought like uninjured not even holding his side.

One of my biggest complaints about the prequels was how the Lightsaber duels were way too choreography and made it look like too much of a dance.
The duel in Episode 7 at least felt like how a duel would go down if lightsabers actually existed.
