MILK MONEY works a little bit as a comedy, because I laughed enough times, but it doesn't work as a romance. In the genre, the 1st kiss is supposed to be special but, here, it's the set-up for a joke about incest. A lot of the characters' reactions to certain things are unrealistic and I was constantly wondering if the movie was targeted at adults or kids. Is it possible for a suburban single dad to keep pursuing the woman he likes after finding out she's a hooker? Sure, but he would have to think it over a lot. This movie oversimplifies that. In fact, according to the script, they're supposed to be in love after only 1 date. Not to mention that the dad should've been angrier at his son for introducing her to him. Or at least asked him how he met her. Her secret isn't revealed when the movie is about to end (as in most movies) but earlier and, because of this, the movie starts to drag. 5/10 ------------------------------------- You can read comments of other movies in my blog (in English, in Spanish or in Italian).

I am an Ed Harris fan. Different type of role for him.
