I was born in 1990. Over 1000 feature films came out in 1990. Over 1000 TV series debuted in 1990.
So: What are your favourite feature films from 1990?
What are your favourite TV series which debuted in 1990?
You can list your favourites from 1990 in other categories as well if you want (such as short films, TV movies, video games, books, etc...)

Alpha order
A Fei Jing Juen (Days Of Being Wild) / Kar Wai Wong Edward Scissorhands / Tim Burton The Godfather, Part III / Francis Ford Coppola Hamlet / Franco Zeffirelli The Handmaid’s Tale / Volker Schlöondorff Joe Versus The Volcano / John Patrick Shanley Miller’s Crossing / Coen Bros Reversal of Fortune / Barbet Schroeder Roger Corman’s Frankenstein Unbound / Roger Corman Tremors / Ron Underwood Wild At Heart / David Lynch
HM (no order) Back To The Future, Part III / Robert Zemeckis Dances with Wolves / Kevin Costner Home Alone / Chris Columbus Kindergarten Cop / Ivan Reitman Misery / Rob Reiner Total Recall / Paul Verhoeven Cyrano De Bergerac / Jean-Paul Rappeneau
By 1990 I had already given up on broadcast channels' offerings. "Mystery Science Theater 3000" had premiered on Comedy Central in November 1989 and I was obsessed with that. Also, I was absorbing all the "Doctor Who" that the local PBS would show.

A largely forgettable year...
-The Godfather Part III - 7.5-8/10 -Days of Thunder - 6-6.5/10 -Total Recall
p.s. i only listed movies i scored a 6-6.5/10 or higher even though i still like anything i gave a 6/10. there is basically 13 movies that i gave a Thumbs Up from 1990 but only those three score a 6-6.5/10 or higher.

Ghost Edward Scissorhands Home Alone Awakenings Presumed Innocent Back to the Future III Mermaids Cry-Baby Pretty Woman The Rescuers Down Under DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp Happily Ever After Child's Play 2 Three Men and a Little Lady
These are the films I've seen from this year. The first two are my favorites. I've seen huge portions of Harrison Ford, Robin Williams and Johnny Depp's filmographies, hence why I've seen films of theirs that aren't overly known. Some are explainable by being a child in the early '90s and some of these were in my house on VHS. More or less in order of preference. Not all actually cared about or even liked. In one case, one was shown to a bunch of kids during a sleepover (take a guess!). Bolded are actually recommended.
