1. Rod Serling, hosted my ATF show 2. Elvira, for obvious reasons, plus she was funny 3. Joe Bob, cancelled my TMC subscription when he left 4. Zacherly, fond childhood memories 5. MS3TK, liked Mike more than Joel. 6. Svengoolie, I even watch his bad movies (well, most of them)

Chuck Acri was the go-to host of creature features when Catman was a young Tom.

John Zacherle. Saw him pop out of a coffin to introduce Mott the Hoople at a Halloween concert at Radio City Music Hall.

Chuck Acri was the go-to host of creature features when Catman was a young Tom. Did he ever show The Catman of Paris?

Anybody remember Dr. Shock? He was on a Philadelphia station when I lived in NJ but I am sure that people in NYC could get it too. Channel 48 if my memory serves me. I watched him every Saturday night. The first film I remember him showing was Diary of a Madman with Vincent Price.

MST3K is the best of the best. Elvira and Joe Bob Briggs are both good. One of my all time favorites is Commander USA from "Commander USA's Groovy Movies" which of course ran on the USA network back in it's early days.
