Article out shows that the movie only grossed $55 million in the US, opened at $66 million in China then bad word of mouth ended its run to under $100 million--At most, the film will gross only $280 million worldwide--With a budget of $150 million, it would need $375 million to break even--Sorry, Boyega, your appeal is limited to Star Wars films only

The previous film, Pacific Rim(2013) grossed $444 million in today's dollars--really enjoyed that movie

I am not surprised as it looks pretty generic from the commercials.
even the first movie, which I would assume is better(I seen the first movie), was nothing special.

I would say he doesn't have much in those either, he was just lucky enough to be cast in them. Nobody's paying to see Jar-Jar Finn.
