I know I've seen him somewhere before but I can't place him.
This picture is from an episode of one of the Chicago shows on NBC. I looked up the episode's credits, but for some reason this actor's name was not listed among the credits. Probably because it was just a small role. No idea how old he is, but I'm getting the feeling that I probably saw him in a couple of movies in the 80s and/or early 90s. And I also get the feeling that he usually only plays villains/bad guys.
