Best - Any of his films from 1988 - 1992. Above The Law > Marked for Death > Hard to Kill > Out of Justice > Under Siege. Know when the bad guy springs back to life in a vain effort to kill our hero? That doesn't happen here. What he does to Screwface in Marked for Death is legendary.
Worst - Everything else? It was weird to see him dispatched so early in Executive Decision.

A good Steven Seagal movie ? Never seen a good Steven Seagal movie. The role of Oskar Schindler was down to him and Liam Neeson. Oh, what could have been.

I love Under Siege.
Despite his short screen time in Executive Decision, I like it a lot.
I didn´t like any other Steven Seagal movie I´ve seen.

Best...Out For Justice...love Forsythe as the villain and the gritty street vibe of the film. The bar fight sequence was fantastic.
Worst...Executive Decision...keep in mind this was still close enough to Segals glory years and it seemed billed as a Segal film...but he dies before anything good happens. First time I watched this I was confused and kept expecting Segal to make a miraculous return to save the day. I was utterly disappointed.

I worked with a guy named Rich just a few months ago and every day I’d quote that. Lol Not sure why he quit. :/

Worst - Everything else? It was weird to see him dispatched so early in Executive Decision. While it's a remake of the first but set on a train, I think Under Siege 2 is decent. It was one of Everett McGill's last appearances in a motion picture too. Not a fan of Seagal as a person (he's known for being a massive bully to his co-stars, a sexual predator and a Trump/Putin supporter), but from 1988-1996, he was able to collaborate with big name directors and made some entertaining schlock.

Attack Force - 2/10 I recently picked up “Out for A Kill”, hoping it would be top-tier DTV Segeal (Belly of the Beast), well top-tier, when compared to his other crappy DTV efforts. With you rating it alongside “Attack Force”, oh no, I guess....

Best:
01. Out for Justice (1991) 02. Hard to Kill (1990) 03. Under Siege (1992) 04. Marked for Death (1990) 05. Above the Law (1988)
Worst:
01. Killing Salazar (2016) 02. Out for a Kill (2003) 03. The Perfect Weapon (2016) 04. Maximum Conviction (2012) 05. Attack Force (2006)
Started fantastic but it did not last and got mediocre/sloppy, then it got bad, real bad and then he actually did some "decent" films in the late 00s, and topped it off by having a rather enjoyable villain part in Machete (2010), only to screw it all up by falling ever far behind again by delivering utter crap or forgettable DTV/VOD films for almost 8 years straight and counting.

I've only seen the two Under Siege movies and Executive Decision, I enjoyed all three. I do remember driving into work one Friday when Out for Justice began its run at a dollar show, and some enterprising young man (who I'm assuming was working his last night one way or the other) put up on the marquee "Out for Tits." That gave me a good chuckle while I was sitting in traffic.

Best: Under Siege Worst: Any of his DTD films where he's fat and doesn't even bother to dub his own voice. Yikes!
