The upstairs neighbors, I call them the 'floor people' because, while they seem to walk like normal human beings in the outside world, once they get into their apartment they take over every square inch of their floors with a psychotic vengeance and a series of incredibly bizarre noises, most of which I (want to) imagine are human sounds.
They seem to do everything on the floor, including eating.

Yeah, my neighbors are referred to as "The Clingers" by those who know them. It's because they always need something/anything from you/me/anyone that can give them something/anything.

No, but I'm sure my neighbors do. Need to use this. Do psychotic dogs count? Use to have a pitch black bull dog next door. His eyes were red. The whole pupil was red! And it would do nothing but stare across the yard at me.

I think I have everybody beat.
I have a deadbeat 30 something year old mother of 3 who lives with her mom. All three kids are to different dads, she constantly asks for milk or eggs or rides to the mall, she's addicted to several drugs, never works, and has been arrested 10 times. These arrested include possession and distribution but also theft, and she has been banned from the nearby Walmart. In addition, she has broken into our home on at least two occasions and stole some money and like a total idiot forged a check. We are in the process of securing her arrest.

Where to begin ? Neighbour's below me, at one time would stomp on floor, exaggerated door slamming.that's for starters. The neighbour beside me, depends on her mental state instructs dog to bark at various intensities. This is for starters , now I find it funny. Will post later

It's an old house converted into Apts. Sometimes I hear things I wish had not, poor insulation. For this reason ignore, won't talk to them

Years ago, the neighbors had a psychotic dog. You'd think the goddam thing would figure out who we were after seeing us a few times, but no, the little shit snarled and barked at us every time we walked by. Friendly hello barks I could take, but this son of a bitch wanted to shred us.
Fortunately, after a run-in with the landlord, the dog was disappeared. The neighbors soon followed, and the new neighbor was a delightful old lady who made wonderful kringle.

That's just a white trash drug addict. Far from psychotic.
