Sony made the first 2 Spider-Man movies, which wee 2 of the best superhero movies ever made. Then MCU got involved and SMH turned out to be the worst Spider-Man movie ever made. Before the MCU even started those first two Spider-Man movies were the only ones where they( including Kevin Feige, whom you label as a "dictator") had most creative input. And the Raimi Spiderman trilogy does feel closer to MCU movies than they do any other major cbm franchise. The ASM movies feel closer to Fox-men movies.

Not true though congrats in buying into this media bs. sony still made the best spiderman movies. also stamp the mcu logo on venom and see how different the reaction will be The first two Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies had a decent percentage of creative input from Marvel executives including Kevin Feige, of the studios Marvel had worked with before creating their own Sony allowed them the most say with the first two Raimi Spider-Mans. And in case you didn't know, Raimi has praised the MCU in the past as well as Kevin Feige. If the MCU logo was attached to Venom reactions would be no different, neither the first season of Iron Fist or The Inhumans were received well despite being part of the MCU.

Homecoming is a superior to all Spider-Man movies with the exception of Spider-Man 2.
Nonsense. Homecoming is literally a forgettable re-reboot and a MCU fanservice mediocrity. This film does not even compare to the original energy and charm of the first Spiderman. What you liked about this is the unnecessary MCU stuff that was forced into it, including that silly Iron-Spider suit robbing the character of his innocent, self-made, low tech hero charm.
/5
Only TASM 2 was worse, yet remarkably not half as forgettable as Homecoming.
The relations to the MCU were not in any way unnecessary and actually added to the film, the iron spider suit actually did more service to the source material than any prior suit. But you wouldn't know, you don't read comics.

So there you have it. These guys’ credibilities have been flushed down the toilet. Why do I have a feeling that these extreme MCU haters would support Friedberg/Seltzer travesties over anything Fromm Disney?

And the same studio that gave us Spider-Man 3SM3 is still the highest grossing SM film. It made more than SM:H did, without even adjusting for inflation. Meaning it sold more tickets, because more people liked it.

You still come up with it obsessively every time unasked and unrelated since IMDb times - it's getting unhealthy.

If you believe it, it's not a lie. you must be fun at parties. Actually it does, the suit enables his eyes to be animated which allows him to express emotion without taking the mask off - which is what they ended up doing pretty often in past films. The suit's AI communicating with Peter is also a clever way to bring about the character's constant chatter with himself from the source material without coming off as forced or fake. Okay, so how many comics do you own, what makes you such an expert? I'm pretty sure you said a few times that you don't actually bother with them anyway.
