Bond having surgery to look Asian. That Japanese cop having his own train. The invisible car. The speech-to-text readout on the back of the car in NSNA. Blofeld's secret base in YOLT - sure, they could totally build that with no one being the wiser The "007" camera in Moonraker the motorized gondola The space station in Moonraker being invisible because of "radar jamming."

Bond having surgery to look Asian. Not really, he didn't have surgery, he just put on makeup. That's the all time dumbest thing. It's not Harry Potter.

Timothy Dalton sledding in a cello case.
The exploding solar energy island.
Blofeld giving a damn about his family crest.
The villains in Diamonds Are Forever.

The crocodile jump by Roger Moore in Live and Let Die. I love the movie, but that moment was pretty lame.

I disagree, it was great. It's an ingenious way out of a trap, rather than the usual Q gadget escape.

That's pretty amazing! Have to admit that gives me a new perspective on the scene. I know when I've watched that scene with other people over the years, they've kind of rolled their eyes. If the occasion arises again, I'll point out to them it was real!

You'd open your mouth if someone jumped on your back. It was, by the way, real. A stuntman actually performed the action. The crocs were real and living, not some sort of animatronic dummies. They were tied down, though. www.007.info/live-and-let-bite-007-and-the-crocodiles/www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb1c1aMcFAoEdit - didn't notice Jan El Señor's post.

I know when I've watched that scene with other people over the years, they've kind of rolled their eyes. If the occasion arises again, I'll point out to them it was real! The old DVD had a documentary that showed all the takes. It took five tries, and the stuntman's pants get caught in one of their teeth on one take. That dude had balls! The second link Pete shared shows all the takes, albeit in very low quality....

Oh my ... so many 007 movies are full of them ... DAF, LaLD, MR, OP are full of them. TMWTGG is also pretty bad. I would say that MR is the worse but so is TND.

Invisible car was the worst. Or maybe the pigeon doing a double-take in 'Moonraker.'
