Pats just signed Brandon Bolden. Great to have him back, solid on special teams and versatile out of the backfield. This move isn't on anyone's radar but if you're a Pats fan you like it a lot.

Mark Ingram and Earl Thomas both go to the Ravens. I like both signings, Thomas will take Weddle’s place in the secondary and Ingram is a very good RB that will greatly help the Ravens rushing centric offense.

Feeling positive for the Cleveland Browns under John Dorsey in general. He seems intent upon giving Freddie Kitchens every chance to prove himself as an NFL Head Coach in his first season.
Sports press in Cleveland desperately wanted a second receiver, bringing in Odell Beckham of Baton Rouge, Louisiana to help Jarvis Landry of Convent, Louisiana; both aged around 26 I think, that's a lead pairing I like. Not sure what's the latest with Breshad Perriman, thought he was highway bound for Tampa but read conflicting reports. Demetrius Harris can create a good tight end tandem with David Njoku and Kareem Hunt can play if he gets on the field for the departing Carlos Hyde. Kevin Zeitler's on his way out, not sure who'll line-up next season with Joel Bitonio and J.C. Tretter. Need a safety to bulk up that vulnerable secondary; if the Browns can land an experienced player to replace Jabrill Peppers that'd be a positive result, what with Earl Thomas going to Baltimore, Browns need to look elsewhere. Sheldon Richardson is a player I like and I believe Olivier Vernon is said to be coming in to Cleveland too. Browns need to stop the run better if they're to make the playoffs next season. I hear Jamie Collins might land in D.C.

Dorsett re-signed with the Pats. He's made some plays here and there, not sure why he isn't a bigger part of the offense. Anyway it's good to have some continuity on offense, Edelman was the only receiver the Pats had under contract (other than Gordon, whom nobody knows when the indefinite suspension will be lifted).

can't wait to watch the Browns play this year.
'The Process' in the NFL - just may work out. Happy for their fans.
Hoping it works out for the Raiders too - although I would have dealt Carr for another #1 and just kept loading up on picks (I'm not a big fan of the AB move either - if you're in tank mode - why spend picks on a prima dona aging WR - just keep loading up during the draft and make some wise decisions during F.A. to fill in some gaps - not like they're ready to compete right now) - then when you've had a season like the Browns did last year and are ready to compete - then you make a splash with the Kareem Hunts and OBJs of the world to hopefully put you at the top.
teddy bridgewater visiting with the Fins. I like it. how many years does Brees have left? 2? 3?

I was under the assumption they stockpiled draft picks and were smart spending free agent money. they kicked the can down the road (one example - trading the #2 pick in the draft who turned out to be Wentz) just gaining future assets. they looked 'long term' and not 'short term' - which is a brilliant business strategy IMO if one has the patience for all the fruits of your labor to eventually pay off. When then young and talented (last year) - they then struck with the Hunt and OBJ deals after they had a young QB of the future finally in place.

golden tate to the Giants on a 4 year deal.
head scratcher - not to beat a dead horse -for a team in rebuild - why sign a vet for 4 years?
and what is wrong with Tate? as a Birds fan I was so happy to get him last season at the trade deadline.
he never manages to stick around with teams - even the Lions when Stafford could have used a topnotch wideout and Lions fans were up in arms for getting rid of him
there has to be something behind the scenes with this guy
to me - a guy that moves constantly - even though he may stay out of the headlines - maybe trouble in the lockerroom either personality wise or just not fit in with the team.
the D-Jax signing by the Birds was the writing on the wall - rumor is the Agoholor signing may be a precursor to bring Shady back and I knew Tate's time was up - but when you watch an above average player 'bounce' teams repeatedly - it's a red flag to me - and a head scratching peculiar move to sign him to a 4 year deal.

Yeah I’m not sure about Tate, but I do get the Giants signing him, they have to have someone at WR that is solid and he should be a reliable target for Eli’s replacement to throw to.
Bears sign Ha Ha Clinton Dix, adding another strong player to their already top tier defense.

Bears sign Ha Ha Clinton Dix, adding another strong player to their already top tier defense. As a Packers fan I am laughing at this move by the Bears. He isn't very good and only had 1 season where he was which seems to be the only season people watched him play outside of Packers fans. I'm sure he'll look much better surrounded by the rest of that defense but he makes far too many boneheaded plays for my liking. He can't tackle worth a shit and isn't this big playmaker that some people make him out to be. Sure if you look at his stats and stats only you see he has some INT's. However watching him week in and week out about half of those INT's he lucked into via ricochet's or the ball was just thrown directly at him. He did sign for cheap though so it's not exactly a heavy risk for the Bears to make I'll say that. Looking now the Packers basically stole a 4th round pick from Washington via that Ha Ha trade. Yet for some reason Packers fans still think it was a bad move thinking they'd get better via a comp pick. Welp, Packers signed some free agents so they weren't going to get a comp pick anyways. Add that to the fact Ha Ha signed for cheap. Got a 4th round pick compared to nothing.

Ryan Tannehill has been traded to the Titans!!
I think it’s a good move for the Fins to dump him, but they have no QB now, my guess is they will draft one in next year’s draft.

Ryan Tannehill traded to Tennessee. Looks like the Titans are losing patience with Mariota. Tannehill would be the backup but will provide some competition.
The Dolphins are starting again at QB; their aim is probably to have a terrible season and draft a new guy next year.

Miami could be a trading partner for the Jets. I keep hearing that the Jets might look to trade back in the draft. Miami could look to jump ahead of the Giants for Haskins.

I think the Fitzpatrick signing is a good move for the Fins, he proved last season he can have big games, he will be a decent placeholder until they draft a new franchise QB.

Blake Bortles to the Rams. Remember when anthonyrocks was screeching that they needed to put in Sean Mannion in the Super Bowl? Yeah, Mannion is so terrible that the Rams would rather have Bortles as Goff’s backup.

Yeah, Mannion is so terrible that the Rams would rather have Bortles as Goff’s backup. Blake Bortles isn't good and all that. But honestly, I don't think he's a bad back up. He is a guy that can have good games and that's something you want in a backup QB.
