I suspect that I am going to get DESTROYED for saying this but when it comes to Vampire Slayers, I actually like Faith (Eliza Dushku) a lot more than I like Buffy. Faith is basically the anti-Buffy. She's crude, cavalier and has a knack for alienating her allies. In essence, a messed-up, often directionless, morally confused version of the Buffster. She's great fun to watch, but she's a much greyer character and not 100% trustworthy. She's basically 1 of the Few GREAT Characters that started out Good, then turned Evil, and then turned Good again.

I enjoyed troubled, evil Faith during the latter half of Season 3 the most. Well, she wasn't so much evil as completely morally compromised and lost. Kinda felt sorry for her, in fact.

You said that earlier in this thread, and while I still like Buffy a bit more, I love Faith...her redemption arc is a thing of beauty. Really wish they'd have done her spinoff show.

Hey! I liked 'The Bionic Woman too. That was a great TV show and we have the whole three seasons on DVD but I can't say I was a big fan of the remake they made back in 2007 and I found that to be disappointing. The original series with Lindsay Wagner will always be a classic though. That remake was very limp, no wonder it died quickly. Yeah. It was kinda like the 'Charlie's Angels' remake in 2011 which got cancelled after only a few episodes and I think one of the main problems was they changed too many things in it and it didn't feel like the same show. Of course, with 'Charlie's Angels' it was worse and they made them all former criminals and my Aunt loved 'Charlie's Angels' and didn't mind the movies either but hated that.

What about Jennifer Garner's character in "PEPPERMINT" ?
Would she qualify as an Action Hero ?
I think it counts but I liked her more as Sydney Bristow. Have you watched 'Alias' Anthony? If not you should check it out. It is one of the best Action TV Shows of all time in my opinion and Jennifer Garner was awesome in it.

Yeah. That is a good point. I could see that being a problem with both David Boranaz and James Marsters 'cause both actors look like they have aged a lot since they last played Angel and Spike and the only way I can see it working is if they followed one of the storylines from the 'Angel: After the Fall' comic books and had Wolfram & Hart use the Shanshu Prophecy against Angel and Spike and say they have been human all these years and they have them become vampires with souls again in the new series or movie.
I haven't read the comics, but something like that might work. Or maybe simply make them fully human now. Who knows? Perhaps middle-aged Buffy could finally get together with an ageing Angel. Okay. If you are a fan of 'Buffy' and 'Angel' I would recommend having a look at some of them one day especially the 'Angel: After the Fall' series which I think would have been great to have seen on screen but might have cost too much money to make 'cause they had Los Angeles sucked into hell and Angel flies around on a dragon. Fred turns out to still be alive too and her and Illyria share the same body and swap back and forth, Wesley returns as a ghost and Gunn is an evil vampire but they give him a soul and he is good again. I am not up to date with the latest issues 'cause I have been reading other comics but I liked that one. I would like to see Buffy and Angel end up together but the problem sadly seems to be Sarah Michelle Gellar. From what I heard she thinks she is too old to play Buffy again and said it would take too much time to get back into shape again and practice for the fighting scenes which is disappointing. Eliza Dushku on the other hand has said she would play Faith again multiple times so I can definitely see her returning to the role if it is in an 'Angel' movie or continuation series or the 'Buffy' reboot.

Sarah Michelle Gellar wouldn't have to do all those gymnastics though. She could return as a much older Buffy, a sort of mentor figure who's essentially retired from vampire-slaying but has all the wisdom and experience to guide a younger crowd of vampire hunters. I've heard of that Angel comic before. Have you read Buffy Seasons 8 and 9?

I've heard of that Angel comic before. Have you read Buffy Seasons 8 and 9? Yeah. You make a good point but it is ultimately up to Sarah Michelle Gellar at the end of the day. I am hoping if this reboot set in the future goes through Sarah at least appears in one or two episodes 'cause it would be great to see her as Buffy again but I have a feeling if they bring her back for the show it will probably be to have her killed off to set up the new slayer. I would have liked to have seen Buffy and Angel have a happy ending in the future but I think one of them will probably die and we have seen what happened to some of the other Slayer's like Wood's Mother who was killed by Spike. I have read parts of Season 8 and 9 of 'Buffy' but haven't gotten around to reading all of them and I heard they were up to Season 12 last so I have a lot of catching up to do when I read the rest of them. It will be interesting to see if the reboot acknowledges the comic books or starts a complete fresh from the end of Season 7 onwards 'cause Joss has said the comic books are officially canon.

I love that show. There's a 2018 Netflix version but I've only seen the first couples of episodes. It serialized and more sophisticated in some ways, but I miss the old Filmation-style artwork, the groovy 80s soundtrack and the old voice actors.
