I hear that episode three is the longest of the series. I guess that was a lie?

She also banished Jorah twice for spying on her before he decided to switch to her side. Daenerys is not, was never fit to rule and is not learning. Her being faced with Jaime could be her next chance at showing this. I agree. I am hating her more and more as the show goes on. Through the first three seasons, she was one of the strongest and most likable characters. She has gone downhill ever since. I LOATHE Jon and her together. They have ZERO chemistry together and their kiss scene last night seemed so forced. They are just so awkward together. I am hating her more and more as the show goes on. Thank you, I'm not the only one. I can't remember which season it was that I started to dislike her, it happened slowly. If you disagree with her you're her enemy. Not quite the makings of a good queen.

If you disagree with her you're her enemy. Not quite the makings of a good queen. I can trace that back quite easily. I never supported her side but did not dislike her before S3. It started with the "but we are not men" line. Her "freeing" the Unsullied was impressive as a scene but brought that hypocritical duality to the front. When you give brainwashed people a choice, you know what to expect. They chose what they were trained to choose and decided to remain slave soldiers, destined to fight and die for something that just gave them food and temporary shelter. They would have been better off sold to some slave master and employed to guard some palace that might never see war in their lifetime. This is when Daenerys became the big bullshitting character, the one who sold empty words to fools for her personal benefit. Had she taken the army to use it, it would have been honest but she was made to fake the granting of "freedom" to people without a brain of their own. In a way, her fans are Unsullied themselves, brainwashed and castrated. That impression was amplified in the Mhysa scene that ended the season. The Yunkai slaves were not exactly freed, they were kicked out to fend for themselves in a wasteland. I was looking forward to see problems surface as a consequence but instead we were shown a tyrant performing mass executions without a trial and calling it "justice". Hizdahr telling his father had spoken against what led Daenerys to that decision stated the obvious: she wasn't even asking questions, acting on impulse out of prejudice and issuing blanket "judgements". She was starting as the worst ruler on the show, by far.

Episode 8.2Synopsis: The battle at Winterfell is approaching. Jaime is confronted with the consequences of the past. A tense interaction between Sansa and Daenerys follows. Director: David Nutter IMDb rating: - IMDb v2.0: - RT rating: - Episode 1 has aired and that means that it's already time to talk about next week's episode. It still doesn't have a title and I expect that we don't find out about the title until the episode airs for every episode remaining this season. Just like the premiere, it's directed by David Nutter. In contrast to episode 1, which was written by Dave Hill (only on the show since season 5), this episode has been written by Bryan Cogman. Cogman is already a part of the writing team since season 1 and has written episodes like Kissed by Fire, What Is Dead May Never Die, The Laws of Gods and Men & Stormborn. Based on the promo video it looks like the second episode will have a higher pace than the premiere. I expect interesting character interactions and I think they will reach a boiling point in this episode. So I expect some resolution or at least development of the distrust between the North and Daenerys. It looks like it'll be the build-up to the big White Walker fight, which I expect in episode 3. based on the promo looks like dany is going nuts , she is throwing stares at sansa most likely sansa will defend jamie (yes!!!) and not have him executed dany is FURIOUS ends up making herself look like a fool she knows her father was mad she even has apologized for it but now shes going to get all testy with jamie and bring up her mad brothers stories he told her as a child about the man who killed thier father, seriously jamie did mankind a favor , poor tyrion , varys and jorah just standing there hearing her go off again tyrion will hear it again just wait and see , i want this battle to be over im so sick of these stupid zombies i want the real fight to start over succession i cant wait

I LOATHE Jon and her together. They have ZERO chemistry together and their kiss scene last night seemed so forced. That's it. Daenerys, S6E10: "Do you know what frightens me? I said farewell to a man who loves me. A man I thought I cared for. And I felt nothing. Just impatient to get on with it." This was foreshadowing, clear announcement of what was to come. This is not speculation based on some filtered observation to fit a particular bias, not a collection of looks or vaguely coincidental evidence, it is a line written in for all to hear by authors who make a point of leaving clues on the way. It also announces inner conflict, she is conscious of it, she says it frightens her. This line was not innocent at all.

The great news is that when your predictions don't come to fruition, instead of admitting that it was speculation based on some filtered observation to fit a particular bias or a collection of looks or vaguely coincidental evidence, you'll just say the writers fucked up. It's a great plan.

Your goose is cooked. Your act is up. You've wasted years of your life investing in this online character and I've unmasked you. You have been beaten, battered and bested.

I never saw the trailers but there is an old interview of GRRM in which he speaks of the power struggle around the throne which keeps people from paying attention to the threats coming from outside, fire and ice. He doesn't clearly spell it out, of course, yet he basically reveals, in plain sight, that Daenerys is one of two enemies to come, as was exposed at the very beginning of the story. In the first episode, the same is announced: we see that White Walkers are not gone and we learn that the Targaryen exiles are planning to invade with an army of savages. These are the two enemies, spelled out for all to see from the very start. Then Daenerys comes and makes no mystery of being an invader without any other purpose but to throw down whatever is in her way. She's "going to break the wheel", she says, and never speaks of making things better. Those around her do, but she never confirms. Her purpose is merely to break all possible resistance, just like Lenin causing inflation (and famine) to destroy all alternative sources of power in Russia after 1917 by destroying the value of money. This is what Daenerys fans are about: most of them are the idiots who don't see it, then there are those who want it.

Oh wow I didn't read that interview and you're right he does reveal it, got chills reading your synopsis because it's spot on , I didn't even see it that way early on started out as Dany fan and then season 2 everything changed for me I started seeing a cruler side to Dany and I didn't like it at all the way she locked up at that vault one of the girls who took care of her and taught her how to be with khal in bed etc ..she just locked her up with no remorse and ofcourse as her dragons grew so did her madness ,even back in season 1 her brother was an idiot but there was an episode she saved his life from a drothraki fighter when he attacked her in the fields and then a few episodes later I think she let her husband kill her brother literally melt his head and she didn't even blink only said he was no dragon fire cannot kill a dragon ...if she supposed to be this innocent sweet naive person like some Dany delusional fans think they are in for a big awakening , most Dany fans want her to kill everyone including Jon and rule be the boss as they say or they want Dany to marry Jon and have two cute babies one with silver hair and one with Curley black hair LMAO Reading your post made me think of something is there a possibility Since NK and Dany are the true enemies to the living NK turns Dany into a night queen and they attack the living ? They will have no choice but join forces and ask help from cersei golden company to fight their common enemy ! Maybe the leaked photos of Jon talking with cersei is about that ?? I also want to ask you about the message the NK left on the wall for the living he made this sympol or sign out of a little boy's body parts I know really gross I think the sympol looked like the Targaryens sigil ?? What do you think about that ?? What message is NK sending them ??

That shows she is mad? And she told her brother the next time he raised a hand to her would be his last. Not only did he raise his hand to her, but he raised his sword to her arms threatened to cut out her baby. Neither of these show she is mad.
