No no no, you don't get to say "both of them are wrong" or "both of them have points". Because let's face it, that's what majority of us will say.
So pick one, whichever one you think has the better point and tell us why you support them. Go!

Hmm..Let me think' Disney is greedy and a bully. There's a good chance down the line they would have tried to make Spider-Man gay too, if they had the chance.
Let's also not forget Disney denied a father's child last dying wish to have a Spider-Man tombstone on his son's grave.

Might as well complain about Jewish people.

Disney has Kevin Feige and a better track record on the Marvel side.
Sony has....Avi Arad and Tom Rothman.
Yeah, it's an easy choice.

I mean, they're both horporations (huge corporations)
but Disney are better than Sony, as Sony can't make CBMs worth a damn, while Disney actually can. Sony shall fuck themselves.
edit: well, i forgot about the good CBMs that Sony made.
i'll remake my argument.
ok so... if Sony drags Spidey out of the MCU, the MCU is ruined. They will have fucked over Disney big time. Maybe not that much monetarily but.... they will have ruined it for tens of thousands of fans, including me. Therefore, Sony shall fuck themselves.

Disney, as greedy as they are, they’re more reliable.

Congrats you just played yourself!

I'm on Marvel's side more than anybody, although I'm still working on making the leap this is a real story. The corporate world is so strange. For the past decade, the relationship has been about buying the rights to certain characters, but if they don't use the characters they have to forfeit them back? It's weird. The result being movies made almost literally just to say you can't take them back because we're still using them.
I'm inclined to say Marvel because they're Marvel characters and that transcends Disney and Sony. Disney just happens to have the luxury of owning Marvel studios so they win by default.

Personally, I do think Disney was being a dick in their negotiations. That said, I also think Disney deserves more credit for Spiderman's current success than does Sony. So I'd rather pick the side of the dicks (Disney) who at least can give me a successful Spiderman over the prudes (Sony) who pretty much just wastes the character outside a few decent movies.

Liar. And yes, I have no problem with a gay Spider-man because I don't have a problem with gay people. I'd have no issue with MJ being Michael Jane. Congratulations. I just played you.

That might be fine for you but most would disagree, but I'm not worried about it anyway. Sony did the right thing by getting him out of there before Disney made him woke. It's stupid to turn a fictional character gay just for no reason at all other then trying to score woke points.

They're both doing what's best for themselves. I would have prefered Spider-Man stay with Disney, but it's not the end of the world or anything.

No true Scotsman, or appeal to purity, is an informal fallacy in which one attempts to protect a universal generalization from counterexamples by changing the definition in an ad hoc fashion to exclude the counterexample.
Person A: "No Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge." Person B: "But my uncle Angus is a Scotsman and he puts sugar on his porridge." Person A: "But no true Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge."
In other words, you're an idiot.

Also, is he even aware that Sony is responsible for an actual man-hating film that is 'Ghostbusters: Answer the Call'?

Those SJW need to be taken out back and beaten within an inch of their lives. They have infected everything, Star War, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Marvel, Ghost Busters and god knows what else. This shit needs to end!
