When the Cowboys win, you have to bump this thread every day until the Cowboys are eliminated from the playoffs, and you have to say legitimately nice things about the Cowboys, current cowboys' players, and their fans. Should a miracle happen and the Eagles win, I will do that for the Eagles. Do we have an accord? Myles Sanders was ruled out. They were effectively eliminated. He was a difference maker.

Better team? Hilarious. The Eagles had their entire practice squad out there and still had many opportunities to win. There were two roughing the passers and two pass interference calls that were not made. That was pretty crappy. The refs were Seahawks fans.

The Seahawks had 11 penalties for 114 yards - - almost 70 more yards than the Eagles received.

The Eagles got their calls too. Injuries clearly played a part, but the Seahawks are generally a better team than they showed today. They have a better roster.

I would have been more confident if we had to face 49ers. But still the team has already achieved as much as expected before the start. Any more victory would be commendable.

I think they're overdue to get an upset.

May be Vegas believes we stand some chance.

For instance, a large part of those penalty yards were on a long pass interference play, where there was PI. That is fine. It happened and was called. Those two roughing the passer penalties that were not called on the Seahawks were pretty disgraceful. Both were obvious to see. Usually, they involve Clowney too. He has proven to be one of the dirtiest players in the NFL. Still, once Wentz went out I expected the Eagles to lose. They stayed in it and gave it a good fight, but they were just completely outmanned. I feel that if they were healthy, they would have won this game.

Seahawks had some injuries, but the Eagles were seriously trotting their practice squad out there. Which is part of the reason the Seahawks were the better team. Be proud your team fought their way into the playoffs despite all the injuries. Stop blaming refs and injuries for losses, it's the lamest thing a fan can do.

What about fans that blame 'Mother Nature'? I always thought that was pretty lame - I mean, there's 2 teams playing fighting the elements, no?
