So far, so good, Pep. Hope all is well with you.
We're in day 2 of a "shelter-in-place," directive, and getting used to the new normal. Yesterday was starkly quiet in the neighborhood. Today, the car/foot traffic is still minimal ... on our usually busy street ... however, it doesn't seem quite as stark. Earlier, a neighbor was sitting on his porch, playing a soft guitar. That was so nice.
All over the world, people are making adjustments. I like to think/hope that some good things will come of all of this.
We'll see.

Watched the "Mary Gets Audited" episode of the Mary Tyler Moore show .. that's the one where Rhoda eats a piece of chocolate and wonders "Why do I bother putting this in my mouth ... I should just apply it directly to my hips."
Followed by the one where Ted had to talk to a group of ladies and loses his self confidence !
LOLed at both and felt better !

It's raining so I couldn't take a walk after work-from-home. Work is getting weird. I read something terrible into every little interaction. Sorry. It is just bad. Shutting down our industry as of today.

Shutting down our industry as of today. Yeah, it's pretty bad. I looked up our state unemployment insurance to see who qualifies. If your hours are reduced, possibly; and if your company shuts down business - for good or temporarily - yes. If you get sick or someone gets sick you have to care for, or you are quarantined, you have to take sick leave, then family leave.

Yeah. Kind of got weird today. Didn't eat all day and not hungry. Felt like a huge adrenaline rush for an hour or so, then got really sleepy and crashed out for a while - which I never do in the early evening. I think it's the stress. This afternoon I totally felt like my body could not take it any longer! I have never had actual physical symptoms from stress though. I'm getting all of my stuff cleaned up in case anything happens. I don't think I'm sick with the virus. But I really don't know. I just want to be ready in case something happens.

Money, my house that I invested in and spend all of my time in, my neighborhood that I live in. Nobody to help me. Being homeless. I would turn over a new leaf if I could make it all go away - but that is not on the table. No peculiar woman in a white suit carrying a magic reality calculator is going to knock on my door and say "So you were interested in becoming a good man finally... I have a deal for you..." It's like I am becoming delusional.
It has been a two week panic attack. I would get them before, about very small things. I could give myself a panic attack if I thought about certain things. Now, that is impossible. I am constantly there. It feels like it's impossible to have a panic attack if you are stuck in a permanent one.
