If The Flash gets good reviews, I’d say you can.
Let’s not forget that lead in The Flash is an accused burglar and accused of assaulting women and trafficking a minor. So if reviews are good, you know it’s real. The safe route is just to praise The Mehvels and trash The Flash. There would have to be a monumental difference in their quality if The Flash gets better reviews. Take the difference and multiply it by ten.

Sure. That’s not saying much though.

If that happens, WB would undo everything Gunn announced.

1 movie can do that?
Is there any evidence at all Miller did anything to the Native woman? This story caught fire because of is assaults, some of which we've seen, but I can't find anything.

Have you seen the dumpster fire happening behind the scenes at DC?! People getting fired, talent and management getting replaced, movies getting scrapped, etc?
I mean, I have many complaints about the direction that the MCU is going but they're at least moving in a direction. Right now DC doesn't seem like they have any direction at all let alone moving along it.

Only if Shazam! Fury of the Gods, The Flash, Blue Beetle, and Aquaman 2 are much liked, one movie itself being good won't change general perception.

No not yet. The MCU I would say is at something of a low point the past couple years, I can see it being considered the worst phase out of the four in the long run but DC is that bad off that the whole DCEU looks to be coming to an end. Black Adam didn't fair very well itself.
The Flash looks good and it could be better than any of the MCU movies this year but overall DC is in a mess.

They have but The Batman only came out a few months after fellow acclaimed Spider-Man No Way Home. The Joker was back in 2019 when Marvel was still doing well with Endgame. Those two aside, since The Joker there's been Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman 1984, The Suicide Squad and Black Adam. Not exactly a successful crop of films, the only one that reviewed well was The Suicide Squad which hardly made anything. Then they did that Batgirl which was meant to be that bad it never even saw the light of day. The Flash does look good but how much anticipation is there for Shazam? Both seem to be in a slump but DC has had to start all over again.

Joker got mixed reviews, and even the fans admitted that they really only enjoyed it for Joaquin Phoenix's over-acting rather than the actual plot which was banal and predictable.

If DC ever wants to catch up to the MCU in cinemas, they really need to learn to make successful character movies other than Batman.

Having been a huge supporter of the MCU on this site I have definitely noticed my posts becoming more critical of what they have done recently and what they have planned. As long as DC can stay away from the over-saturation of TV shows within the universe I could say that this is a fair statement.

JOKER, The Dark Knight, and even The Batman have already exceeded anything the MCU has done.

JOKER, The Dark Knight, and even The Batman have already exceeded anything the MCU has done. Joker = Taxi Driver wannabe
Dark Knight = Lazily written, by the 3rd Act it falls apart
The Batman: Slow slog of a film that tries to be Film Noir and fails.
The MCU's beaten all of them, and didn't need to sell out to do it.

JOKER, The Dark Knight, and even The Batman have already exceeded anything the MCU has done. Not really, no. The biggest accomplishments of the MCU are massive team-up movies (like Civil War or Infinity War) and a successful cinematic universe of interconnected movies. DC has had great success in making hit standalone movies but has completely failed in either great team-up movies or successful interconnected movies.
