Never, not with the MCU anyway. The closest you could have hoped for is some kind of PG13 sex scene where Black Widow seduces someone to kill them, but considering how much the MCU is trying to de-sexualize their female characters I'm pretty sure this would never happen.
DC might be willing to do something like that however. They don't seem to be as prudish with women showing skin as much as the MCU is.

For gender equality, a god character should blow the clothes from a tied female captive in the MCU.

Well we already had that upskirt shot of Gal Gadot in the Joss Whedon version of JL.

Not any MCU film, but this is a fairly common scene in most old-school female spy films and can be found in some of Black Widow's comics. Off the top of my head, Mr. and Mrs. Smith has a scene like this.

Also the dancing, semi-naked Sorceress in Suicide Squad. Joking aside, I'm pretty sure Wonder Woman's or Harley Quinn's movie costumes would never have been approved if they were produced by Marvel. Both costumes show a lot more skin than the MCU seems comfortable with, at least as far as female costumes go. They don't seem to share the same concerns when it comes to the male form.

Well, now I finally have a reason to watch the Joss Whedon JL. 😀

Sounds like something Joss Whedon would’ve done.
On the subject of Marvel movies supposedly being prudish, I think it’s worth reminding everyone that the camera in the Black Widow movie focused quite a bit on Scarlett Johansson’s rear.

On a side note, this was already done somewhat in the first Fantastic Four movie with Jessica Alba.

That’ll probably happen in the future but not right now. In one of my comics during the 1980s I had a scene where the hero had to get naked to balance the gratuitous female nudity.

There were some (pretty tame) butt shots and jokes early on about Black Widow (the one about the Hulk's penis in AoU was cringe-worthy), but even then her outfit covers almost her entire body. Skin tight, sure. Revealing? Not at all. I get the impression Johanssan is the kinda person who had no issue doing it back then, but is offended about it now.
I remember there being a point where Elizabeth Olsen scoffed at Scarlet Witch's comicbook costume and talked about more practical attire, but would then go on to wear the outfit in WandaVision.
Half-naked buff chicks and guys has been a thing in comics for years. They're heroes for Christ's sake, they are human perfection, at least physically. It's something the average real person will never achieve. That's the point. To look up to and admire them. How long have action flicks done this?
Every once in a while I see something about this on Facebook. There's always a few angry feminist types talking shit about guys not getting to see scantily clad women, unrealistic expectations, "body shaming", etc. I always get a kick out of posting shirtless pics of Hemsworth, Jackman, Evans, Cavill, and many more.

Mind you, we have had Mystique but they get around the nudity by having her blue skinned with bits and pieces covering up her bits and bobs.

Even though Scarjo's costume is tight fitting, it's still not exactly skintight. That's why her costume doesn't frame and mold around her ass the same way Tom Holland's costume does or Henry Cavill's. Now those costumes are really form-fitting. And yes, admiration and showcasing of the human physique has been a staple of both comicbooks and action movies. I really hope we don't go down a path where that is no longer celebrated.

The movie had an entire tracking shot that focused on her butt. That's your interpretation. Technically, it was a tracking shot focused on showing her walking, just so happened to be shot from the back. Nothing about the shot made it sexual nor did it draw attention to her ass (unless that's what you yourself wanted to focus on). That's quite different from scenes where Thor or Cap are shown shirtless and even the characters on screen comment on their nudity, making it clear that that truly is the focus of the scene.
