Not exactly, the question of who Jesus was and was believed to be in his lifetime is more complex than you might think. You probably learned a story at Sunday School that is an amalgamation of gospels and modern interpretations but the gospels don't agree about Jesus and many modern interpretations are based on church doctrine, not scripture. It sounds like you don't have a definition for false prophet, so you can't recognize one. For whom is it complex? I am not intellectualizing who Jesus was, (who was he?), and scripture and church doctrine can be interchangeable. They are not mutually exclusive. What is seen as false, is something that didn't come to pass or the bullshit is so thick, it can be thrown and stuck to the walls. This is modern day politicians and elitist corporations. Let's backtrack to where we began because I think we got off topic a little bit. You claimed the only way Jesus could only be a false prophet if the sect (?) misinterpreted what he was about. So in other words you either believe Jesus can't be false, or believe prophets are only false if misinterpreted. Is that right? Which is it and why do you believe that?

If Trump's one, so is Biden and Zel. Not if, is. He has a cult following, way bigger than Jesus then or now*. Trump hasn't convinced anyone to drink poison, that I'm aware of, he did convince over 950 halfwits to break the law and attempt to overthrow an election on Jan6 and that number is still climbing. And despite being a colossal failure as a politician and president his cult seems more dedicated than ever. His most braindead cultists compare Trump to Jesus. *I say now because most modern protestants worship the Bible and Catholics just follow their traditions. I think he has convinced many people to drink poison, in the figurative sense of the word.

I think he has convinced many people to drink poison, in the figurative sense of the word. Good bit of insight. Thanks. A little while back I asked a question, and NOBODY stepped up to answer it. If I'm put to death by godless Communists, or if I'm put to death by religious zealots who think they're doing God's will, what difference does it make? One is more ironic than the other, but the result is the same. That is where the human collective has been heading for more than ten years. Two varieties of poison, and nothing in between.

Are BLM and ANTFIA false prophets? They tore up the streets with violence, rioting and looting. And it isn't costing them at all, because the media favors them. MAGA and Proud Boys have to walk a finer line. It's not fair, but that's the way it is.

Antifa, like Jesus, are given credit for a lot of things they never did.

All in the name of progression, which in reality, is just arse about face backwards. The ones behind all of this fancy themselves as builders, but they are skilled at demolitions too. How are they going to "build back better" if they don't tear down what's already built?

So in other words you either believe Jesus can't be false, or believe prophets are only false if misinterpreted. Is that right? Which is it and why do you believe that? One would have to ask first, what was Jesus false about? Where is the factual record/evidence of who Jesus really was, outside of a sect that then claimed to know what he was about. And what was the agenda behind the sect?
I don't believe in a lot regarding what a religious institute propagates. Surely you don't either. Who is then false?
Why do you have to ask me any questions? It was your opinion I'm asking about. You already made an assertion so you should already know the answers. But apparently you don't so no point in continuing on this topic.
