For SMH, the % of positive reviews is higher and the average rating is higher. Hence, better reviews.Nope, Wonder Woman is rated higher than SMH and EVERY other superhero movie: 50 Best Superhero Movies of All TimeNo need to create an "adjust score" with an undisclosed equation and made-up variables. Just because you don't understand Bayes' Theorem and Bayesian Statistics doesn't change the fact that the Bayesian adjusted score is not only a valid measurement but also a more accurate measurement than using raw averages. So Tristan is 100% correct and you're 100% wrong. It's a fact that Wonder Woman has better reviews than SMH.So what are your thoughts that Spider-Man: Homecoming has a 92% with a 7.6/10 while Wonder Woman has a 92% with 7.5/10?

Agreed. Homecoming is the worst Spider-Man movie adaptation ever. Because its a Marvel Studios movie, right? And we've already established many times over that you've never really seen the movie properly. I bet he has a negative review of Thor: Ragnarok ready without seeing it.

Because its a Marvel Studios movie, right? Because SMH turns Marvel's flagship character Spider-Man from a superhero who cares about using his powers for good because he has a "great responsibility" (as he learned from not stopping the thief who would kill Uncle Ben) into an immature and shallow show-off who only cares about "When is Happy Hogan going to call me back?" and "I hope Mr. Stark is impressed with what I'm doing as Spider-Man". we've already established many times over that you've never really seen the movie properly. I watched the full movie online. Same plot, same script, same actors as in the theater. So it was the exact same movie. So you want a shot-by-shot remake of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man like Gus Van Sant did with Psycho?

I'm talking about Spider-Man's motivations for helping people in the movie.
MCU fans criticize Man of Steel for portraying a Superman that isn't like the Donner Superman, but MCU fans praise SMH for having a Spider-Man that completely betrays the character of Spider-Man (a superhero who helps people because he has a "great responsibility") by truing him into an immature and shallow show-off whose only motivation for helping people is to impress Tony Stark. That's typical hypocrisy by MCU fans.
Moreover, if Wonder Woman had fought Ares using Batarangs and Bat-grenades, DCEU fans would say that was a terrible movie. But MCU makes an awful Spider-Man movie in which Spider-Man doesn't use his Spider-Sense at all and instead uses AI suits given to him by Tony Stark and basically becomes another War Machine and MCU fans say "greatest Spider-Man movie evah!" Again, more hypocrisy by MCU fans.
Spider-Man = War Machine II in SMH. How can anyone take MCU fans seriously when they think that Spider-Man being War Machine II is the greatest Spider-Man movie ever?

And SMH turned him into nothing of the sort in the movie, he still cares about using his powers good and wants to defend the little guy, guess you missed the part with him turning down Stark's offer to be an Avenger at the end and take the new suit. You clearly did not see the movie, you claim that the footage taken from Peter's phone ran over or about ten whole minutes, guess what? Comcast/Xfinity has a special ten minute preview of the movie and that part barely pushes four minutes. Tell me I'm wrong about the length, I challenge you because I can link you to several videos which disprove your claim.

You're going to give it a negative review anyway, and you clearly are biased and unfair when it comes to Marvel Studios, don't deny it.

Spider-Man in Homecoming DOES care about the people around him and wants to use his powers for good, he is very loyal to the people within his community that he rejects Tony's offer to become a full-on member of The Avengers at the end. Peter doesn't constantly rely on his spider-sense in the comics, and in case you missed it the footage from Infinity War clearly shows that him using it, so it hasn't been tossed away at all. Please do not speak for comic book fans or general movie fans, you are not very good at it and clearly do not know what you are talking about.

Like I said, I'm always unbiased and fair. Iron Fist isn't Marvel Studios, it maybe set in the MCU for all intents and purposes but it was not developed by Marvel Studios proper but rather the television division, and before you say "the average person doesn't care what division made which..." I'm not talking about everybody else, I'm talking to you specifically, correcting your claim. Go back to school, or at least do better in it so you can earn a degree, or start attending one at least, please. Secondly, you've made several unfair comments and false claims about Marvel Studios and their fans and their films.

Iron Fist isn't Marvel Studios MCU has been promoting the Netflix shows as part of MCU for years. "It's all connected" is their tagline. So Iron Fist is as much Marvel as Iron Man. you've made several unfair comments and false claims about Marvel Studios and their fans and their films. Everything I've said is true and accurate and fair.

you've made several unfair comments and false claims about Marvel Studios and their fans and their films. Everything I've said is true and accurate and fair. No, you haven't. "Marvel Studios makes crappy movies." The actual truth is Marvel Studios has continuously made hit after hit, and their movies generally receive positive reviews, some even get great reviews. "Dictator Kevin Feige never gives his directors full control." Also false. We've told you time and time again that James Gunn has full control on the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. Taika Waititi also said he got a lot of control on Thor: Ragnarok and Kevin Feige. Sure, he doesn't get along with all of his directors (Edgar Wright and Joss Whedon), but a prestige director Ryan Coogler is in the same spot as Edgar Wright, and I don't hear any problems behind the scenes of Black Panther. I could go on and on.

The movie and TV divisions are different, the only thing that they have in common is that they are designed to take place within the same universe, but they are not made by the same team of creatives. Switch "true", "accurate", and "fair" with "false", "inaccurate", and "unfair" and you are correct.

Just because you don't understand Bayes' Theorem and Bayesian Statistics doesn't change the fact that the Bayesian adjusted score is not only a valid measurement but also a more accurate measurement than using raw averages. So Tristan is 100% correct and you're 100% wrong. It's a fact that Wonder Woman has better reviews than SMH. Congratulations, Ace. You just confused the reviews with the "adjusted score". We already know how many positive and negative reviews there are for each movie. You can not alter a known fact with a statistical probability. SMH got better reviews. That is a fact that you can not dispute. The "adjusted score" is something entirely different. It is an attempt to rank the movies by deriving a number based on an algorithm that you don't understand, using input data that you don't know. How on earth do you manage to get every single thing wrong? Eh, chum?

Awwww, are you still mad about me making fun of your attempt to impress with unverifiable internet “lawyer school” credentials? Time to apply some ointment to that butt-hurt, Perry Mason.

Don't be coy. Spell it out. What "logical gymnastics" are confusing you? Don't you mistake me laughing at you for lauging with you, champ. It's more about the story of your life than you being unable to grasp the concept of comparable data analysis or how to apply it.
It's funny because it's dumb. It's "law school" btw (again).
