If anything, you'll bring a suspension of your account down on your own head.

Reaching critical mass. You're not doing yourself any favors.
The X-Men aren't that important, deal with it.
stop trolling the boards. It's not trolling to point out something like how winning an Oscar for makeup isn't all that much to brag about.

Or you're a fucking Simple piece of shit incapable of anything other than dichotomous thought, and it's possible to execute either approach both successfully and unsuccessfully. You arbitrary, autistic turd. Calm down Francis, you're going to give yourself skin failure.
And no, Singer and Nolan's ashamed methods don't work with the genuinely wondrous. They're too restrictive and sterile.
If you're ashamed of comics

I wonder if the MCU will ever win an Oscar... Why does the MCU needs an Oscar? Their movies are critical acclaimed, audiences love it, an make tons of money at the Box Office. So no need for an Oscar here.

Oscars are respected, great recognition Only for "Best Picture", "Best Director", or "Best Actor/Actress" awards. Or in the case of blockbusters with a lot of special effects, "Best Special Effects."

A single award still doesn't amount to much. They also have all those razzies offsetting it.

A single award still doesn't amount to much. They also have all those razzies offsetting it. Now it's the quantity of awards? And the razzies have an equal status in the industry?

A single minor Oscar and a bunch of "Worst" wins is not a good batting average. Sorry. There's no defending this.

There's no defending this. how many razzie voters are there? because I know there are 6000 ish members in the academy, and I think nominations are decided by the department and then the entire academy votes later.

Not really. It won a single award for something technical while everything about it that actually matters has been pretty universally panned by everyone, their mother, their grandmother, and their dog. The only thing it proves is that the makeup department did their job. You are mistaken sir if you call that a major win. That award goes to none of the executives or any of the other minds behind the project. It is a nothing win. Period. It rescues the film from its own bad reputation in absolutely no way, shape, or form. It made money, but it was panned on all fronts. This award does not make that go away.

But I did say that it matters within the industry. You're obviously an expert so who am I to question your know-how on the industry ins and outs.

The film still has a bad reputation that the award fails to rescue it from. It was panned on all fronts. In what way does a technical award make that go away?
