Difference between the two though is that at this point, the MCU can afford two rotten properties in the same year.

This seems like the kind of topic that's going to stir trouble. I won't lock it because people can discuss Iron Fist and Inhumans being Marvel's first real miss fires but if it turns into another flame war then I will lock it.

Two rotten MCU properties and one fresh DCEU property. Eh, Iron Fist was always going to be disliked for political reasons and the fandom was already out to dislike Inhumans thanks to the salty X-Fans. Movie wise, they're still as well as ever.

Two rotten MCU properties and one fresh DCEU property. Actually, the MCU's had no rotten properties and the one fresh DCEU property only got where it is because it starred a woman in the lead of a superhero film. Flip the genders of the leads and no one would have been so kind to Wonder Dude.

You ARE bullying him. You ARE calling him out. Stop feigning innocence. It's ridiculous that you and raptor and others here make the same posts that you gleefully report yet none of yours get deleted. Most of the posts in this thread ARE NOT about the mcu properties that failed. They are about what you perceive to be DC failures which is off topic and on the wrong board yet once again no deletions for you guys. Come on mods you could at least make an attempt to look impartial here. Raptor is boasting he can get anyone deleted he wants. I would hate to think he is right. You're exactly right. DC Fan only posted once in the thread to make the correct statement that Iron Fist and Inhumans is a part of the MCU. There was no need to bring him up just to belittle him. If he hasn't said anything of the sort in this thread then don't bring it up in this thread because all that has done yet again has turned the discussion into a completely different one from what the thread was made as.

It's not like I called him a retard in my post. I'll admit, the MCU TV shows have not been great, but I'm still going to defend the series I love by talking about its successes too. If my post was considered belittling, than I apologize.

Two rotten MCU properties and one fresh DCEU property. Actually, three times is the charm, and forms a pattern. Defenders was a massive failure too, it only got 75% on RT which is bad for TV shows, they usually being in the 90ies on RT. Worse: it was the least seen Netflix show evah (even fewer viewers even than Iron Fist). So, that's not good for MCU's TV equivalent of The Avengers. Considering this, it was the worst failure of the three.
To be fair, it's not really fair that, I still liked Defenders (and some previous shows) better than many of the raccoon turds posing as movies. But these have the built-in children audiences, too kiddy to fail.

Iron Fist dragged it down.

Iron Fist and Inhumans are part of MCU. And both of those are awesome. That's not what most people think. Iron Fist actually hurted the viewership of Defenders and it looks like Inhumans is about to be cancelled.

Inhumans was always meant to be an 8 episode miniseries (it wasn't until after they considered a second series), and what really hurt Defenders was the advertising and marketing not making it clear you didn't have to watch both seasons of DD as well as all of JJ, LC and Iron Fist to get into the show. Some just weren't willing to watch ALL of that to get to Defenders...when truth is that they didn't need to.
