So do Aquaman and Flash show any promise? Do you think their solo movies could work based on their performances in JL, or do they dissapoint? Also, did they by any chance GIVE WW THE PANITES? Underneath the skirt. She's wearing little blue panties that they like to show a lot. Really?? Are they spangled though???

I guess AM was kinda cool. Flash was "funny" but also seemed a little "R-word" I have no idea about the solo movies, but I wouldn't exactly hold my breath. No panties, but keep an eye out for the LEATHER PANTS! LEATHER PANTS, eh? I suppose that's an acceptable alternative. Not really pants because cheek hangs out the bottom. And that has to be small because Gadot's butt is really small. lol

So the Vision scene from Ultron? I DONT REMEMBER THAT Ultron was making Vision as his perfect body. The Avengers stole Vision from Ultron. Stark wants to put Jarvis into Ultron. Cap's team shows up to stop them. Thor arrives to provide the energy to start up Vision. A short struggle ensues I DONT KNOW, I HAVENT SEEN IT ANYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN THIS[/quote] I found it very similar to First Avenger

Agreed. Why they ever gave him control of these great characters is beyond me. Because Watchmen and 300. Sorry but neither of those were all that great to me.

Exactly. 300 and Watchmen get a pass because Zack the hack had all the storyboards right there in front of him in the comics. Even then, he still managed to dilute the source material (especially in the case of Watchmen). He is dreadful.

I just saw the movie tonight for myself. And I have to say...I DID enjoy it. I will never say otherwise. I had a lot of fun watching. BUT that said...I can see where there are some complaints.
MY biggest complaint is how rushed it is and underdeveloped. There is some fascinating source material along with some fascinating characters. That is what I was left with while watching the movie. The villain Steppenwolf for instance, I kept thinking how fascinating he was but all I was getting was just skimming the surface here. No real knowledge about who this being is and why he was doing what he was doing. Yeah they mention briefly...in one sentence he wanted to make this planet like his own...but there's still so little development here.
My other complaint is flat out about Snyder. When he made MOS, I liked it..I really did. But in looking back at it, the Superman he created was just sad...or so it seemed. And in JL it is mentioned that Superman was a beacon of hope...where did that come from? When was he that? The sad thing is...Superman SHOULD be that...but Snyder has never shown him as such.
My God get these films out of this man's hands. It's just too depressing!
Over all...again...I liked the movie...LIKED it...but it's still so underdeveloped and characters have been slighted and that really pisses me off!

Let's raise Superman... But what if he is evil and unstoppable? Oh well! So i know this is a thing in the movie but I haven't seen anyone explain why he came back bad. So I'm asking you, why was he bad/evil? Like I would understand it if Steppenwolf brought him back so you'd assume he was brainwashed or something but from what I've gathered Batman I think brings him back and he's just all the sudden evil.

Don't really think it's fair to say he came back as evil. That wasn't really the case. He seemed more confused than anything and didn't seem as though he knew who to trust.

Sorry to hear it. I loved it. I'm not a hardcore DC fan, so maybe that's the difference in expectations? The film had its flaws, but I genuinely thought the good far outweighed the bad.

It was like he reverted to a couple hours before he and Batman fought.

I will say that it was a lot better than I expected--but then, I haven't seen BvS (warned off by the reviews). I did see Wonder Woman and enjoyed it very much, which is the main reason I decided to see JL. Hadn't seen any reviews (not even Ackbar's--so sorry, sir ), so I had fewer pre-conceived notions. I liked the interaction between WW and Bats, though I wondered if Diana, somewhere in that lost century, had earned a degree in chiropractics , but my favorite character was the Flash. I hoped going in if he would have some of that appealing wise-@ss quality he had in the animated JL (which I loved, not just the Scarlet Speedster, but the whole series). Instead, they went one better: they made him a total nerd--socially impaired, super-brainy, the lot. I don't give a care if he was inspired by Peter Parker, whom I also loved, as he was portrayed by Tom Holland. (No special loyalty to either the MCU or the DCEU--I like what I like, from whatever source.) Maybe, Reykahuka. I'm not really a hardcore fan of recent ('90's on) comics--only of Silver Age DC, from a time when very few subteen/teenage girls, of which I was one, read comics. I also adored the 1978 Superman (r.i.p. Christopher Reeve ). However, I believe that Henry Cavill shows a great deal of promise as Supes; fingers crossed that they continue letting him have emotions and above all a sense of humor. One final note: I am a big fan of Gal Gadot, and if the next JL adventure doesn't include her as WW, they have very little chance of getting my money.
