The Human Centipede, Hostel, Wolf Creek. The first two more because they were just bad as opposed to disturbing. Something like Anti-Christ even though it was probably more disturbing than the ones mentioned I'll probably watch again because I liked a lot of other things about it.
I'll probably never watch A Serbian Film or most of the other infamous hardcore shock/gore films. Salo is a tough one as I'm under the impression it has some redeeming features and is a "classic" by an otherwise respected filmmaker.

Dahmer (Jeremy Renner was quite good in this I'll admit but the subject matter was so fucking disgusting & repulsive. Never want to see it again)

Can't really come up with one that I couldn't see again.....but I do know the one that was too disturbing for me to watch even once....... Sophie's Choice (1982) . As a parent, I can't imagine the horror of being faced with making a decision like that, and just the THOUGHT of it (much less the idea of actually watching the film), makes me sick to my stomach........ SAVE FERRISWhich Child Would You Choose ??

"Ichi the Killer" with the self mutilation scenes.
"Tusk" was disgusting and a sad end to Michael Parks film career.

Hard Candy. A guy gets neutrered by a little girl in a exceuciatingly long sequence that tied my stomach in knots. Actually, she fools him into thinking she did it by freezing his parts and going through the motions. Still hard to watch the first time when you think she's actually doing it. Nah, it's not. You're just a little bitch.
