What's the context?

I think some women like manly men and hate wimps, sissies, nancy boys. I consider bullies to be wimps. They tend to be too much of a pu$$y to challenge someone their own size. Hardly manly to pick on someone smaller or weaker.

No. I was bullied incessantly in the 7th grade by some skinny little mean kid. Today, he is a loved and respected college professor. Can't win.

As mentioned above, it depends on the context. If we're talking about a comedy film, for example, then yes, I might find it funny.
If we're talking about "real world" contexts, then no, I don't find it funny, although both terms get applied much more broadly than I think they should be. Under those broad usages, I don't think that all bullying or all violence is a problem--sometimes I enjoy it, even, as with violent sports. And I think that anti-bullying, anti-violence etc. efforts are sometimes more troubling--again, depending on just how broad of a definition people are using.
In general, I'm laissez-faire almost to an anarchic extent. And I think we should lean culture that way. I'm not an anarchist, though, because I don't believe that anarchy is possible. But my approach is that I want us to let things slide as much as possible, only controlling others to an extent where if we don't do that, an increased amount of control of others would arise.
I look at it as kind of a "control of others" calculus. We're always going to have some control of others. It's impossible to avoid that. The goal is to have the minimum possible.
It's usually easy to predict just how okay or not okay I'll be with something by keeping this in mind. Forget any ideological stuff, any particular moral views or anything like that, and just step back from the scenario at hand for a moment and look at the extent ("volume" + duration) to which anyone is trying to control anyone else. The more control exerted or that someone is advocating exerting, the less okay I'm going to be with whatever it is.

No. But I am willing to look past the behaviors of children and search deeper. Do they have some form of disability? Are the parents part of (if not THE) problem? Any other factors? Is the target a partial problem?
First and foremost comes the safety of the target and the others. Then comes the bully's safety.

...growing up, I would go out of my way to bully bullies who picked on weaker individuals...

I guess they look for an easy target. they didn't have a go at someone who was stronger. some do weight training for strength, to be better able to defend themselves. I know of some who do martial arts. I think that's how bullying works isn't it? the bully looks for someone who they think will be unable or unwilling to fight back. an easy target. they don't like it when someone has a go back.

No. I was bullied incessantly in the 7th grade by some skinny little mean kid. Today, he is a loved and respected college professor. Can't win. I've found males who have greater strength naturally usually bully others. they have high self esteem and do better in life.

Bullying should be a punishable crime.
But while I am not an advocate of violence, many times I have enjoyed watching personal acts of violence, like fistfights.

No, I did not have a lot of physical strength, but I was pretty much a loner and the bullies kept their distance from me. I acted on impulse when I witnessed a less fortunate individual being picked on...I have no qualms about what I did back in the day...

i have always been a defender of those who were bullied. i studied martial arts. i am toned and fit from working out my entire life. i have the same muscle mass of someone much larger, except i'm not carrying extra fat. one bully outweighed me about 80 lbs. with one punch i blackened both his eyes and shattered his nose. he never hurt anyone again to my knowledge. i don't like to fight, but when necessary, i never lost a fight
