I'm perfectly fine with Drake Maye, but he will need help. At least he is used to a bad O-line.

Good Goobildy Goo, are the Bills still in it? Two games behind the Stinky Fish with three to play. Bills have the Chargers and Pats, the Minnows have Dallas (in Dallas) and Baltimore. If Buffalo wins both and Miami drops one, then the last game, in Miami, is for the AFC East. Can't finger out this team. They crushed Miami and Dallas, beat KC, took Philly to OT. And lost to the Jets, Broncos and Pats. All close games, point differential under five. They seem to play up to the competition. And down to the competition. New OC Joe Brady seems to have found a run game, something the Bills haven't had or a while. To hang 31 on Dallas when Allen was 7-13 for 94 yards is amazing (he didn't play for almost the entire 4th quarter). Shouldn't get my hopes up Imho Allen has no clutch. So when he plays against Dallas or the Chiefs, it is psychological easier for him - a defeat would be accepted if not expects, but god, if they lose to the Jets or a similar weak team, than the media will rip him to pieces. He has the talent of an elite player, but not the clutch or the mindest. I fear Jackson has the same issue. Mahomes or Burrow can be pressured, no matter if the latter got sacked ten times, he will still be cool and analytic, while others would just try to get rid of the ball no matter what. There is the outer pressure - what if I lose this game - and the inner pressure - what if the breach again, sacked me, and I get severely injured. And Allen has at least problems with handling the outer pressure, the one coming from off the field. But that's my personal take on it.

What Brady, Burrow and Allen couldn't do most of the time, Swift managed it with here mere presence: put an end to the Chief's dynasty.
I love this woman.
They must be in a full panic mode by now.
As for us.
Great. There are two really great QB prospects, and we are out of the race for both. Thanks BB.
Yeah, tanking sucks, but because most people are idiots.
As long as the NFL rewards being bad, tanking is almost a necessity. No, not almost, it is.
Imagine the Jets had Trevor instead of Wilson...
Quote:
Thanks again, BB.
Winning for the sake of winning is just stupid. Especially, when the NFL simply makes losing a viable strategy, at least at a certain point.
But even for that BB is not too stupid but to selfish. He is still chasing some record...most wins, overall winning percentage and god knows. He is worse than Captain Ahab.

It seems that BB will be history at the end of the season.

0 - 6
Good grief...this result could be from a tennis or ice hockey match. The second shutout in one season.
So much for: Mac Jones was the problem...

The NFL has made its first-ever flex on ESPN's "Monday Night Football," announcing Thursday that the Week 15 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots is out in favor of the Philadelphia Eagles' road game against the Seattle Seahawks (8:15 p.m. ET) The switch reflects how far the Patriots, once prime-time darlings but 2-9 so far this season, have fallen. The Patriots' game against the Chiefs at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough will now be played that Sunday, Dec. 17, at 1 p.m. ET (Fox). The Pats ruin everything. Who wants to see a slaughter?!

I thought it was a horrible mistake when the Panthers made the deal. It would have been a trade I would have made if a Trevor Lawrence or Andrew Luck was in the mix. Neither Young nor Stroud was a "can't miss" QB prospect. Especially with a QB rich draft coming in 2024. Carolina might have been printing up Caleb Williams jerseys. As of right now, the Bears have the #1 and #4 picks. They can get Williams @ #1 and a blue chip WR or OL at #4. or trade the #4 to a team who desperately needs a QB and get a ton of useful things. Arizona, at #2, has already said they are sticking with Kyler and won't draft a QB. New England at #3 sure as hell will but there's still talent at #4, Heisman winner Jayden Daniels, JJ McCarthy, Mike Penix. I thought Fields is their franchise QB...anyway, I think they will rather draft the next Trubisky. As for us: maybe Bill will trade down, or pick a guy like Strange...and half of the pundits will still say he knows what he is doing, we are just not seeing it yet. Kraft has at least to release BB from his duties as GM. And I don't say we should tank (albeit: if the Jets had not won a useless game, they would have Trevor Lawrence instead of Zack Wilson - the flaw is within the draft system), but even if we wanted to, BB would even botch this up. His ego is too big.

Maggie Moore(s) New movie with Jon Hamm and Tina Fey that showed up on Netflix. Two women with the same name are killed in the same town, a few days apart. The trailer made it look like a black comedy, which is a sub-genre that I usually like. I don't know if that was the director's intention, but if so, I think he missed the target. It is too dark to be funny, and it is not all that funny to begin with. It didn't work for me as a thriller either. I have seen it compared to Fargo, which is not entirely inaccurate, except the Coen brothers obviously have far more talent than whoever wrote and directed this thing. Odd to mention Jon Hamm and Fargo as he is the star of Season 5 of Fargo, which begins tomorrow. Hamm is some type of lawman. Also has Juno Temple, who looks like some psycho bitch and Jennifer Jason Leigh. I'm cautious about Season 5. Seasons 1 and 2 were as good as anything to ever be on TV. Season 3 started good and went off the rails. Season 4 sucked.
I think season 1-3 were awesome - each in their own way. Never bothered to watch woke season 4.

Tom Brady had been the more mature choice...ok, Gronk has still a gf, doesn't he?!
Seriously:
I don't like Kelce for he is playing for the Chiefs, nothing less, nothing more. But digging out some old stuff for what reason - jealousy?
I hate all kind of cancel culture, and I will dislike him as much as before - for being a damn Chiefs player.

Giants are a lock for the 1st overall pick. Patriots-Giants in two weeks should go a long way towards determining that. If I'm the announcing crew who gets that game, I know where I stand in the pecking order. Could depend if Daniel Jones is really coming back, and in what state. And since they won't go for a QB - at least guessing from the huge contract extension - a second overall pick would be enough. Mac Jones is done. So we are most likely going for a franchise QB. It doesn't matter if it was BB, with his staff (Patricia and Co.), or if he never had the real potential, I think he is done. Maybe not with the NFL, but with us.

Blow up The Patriots team, Robert Kraft. Now is the time. I would leave Belichick and everyone associated with the offense in Frankfurt. Do not let them get on the plane. Start anew. It is time. No! Headline: Bill Belichick, the former head coach of the NE, chased on the air field by a 46 years old German from the Limburg area while wielding a Katana sword.

Current draft order 1 Cards 2 Bears (via Carolina) 3 Bears 4 Giants 5 Pats 6 Rams 7 Packers 8 Bucs 9 Broncos 10 Titans Remember when the 2020 0-13 Jets were en route to picking Lawrence #1 but they won meaningless games against the Rams and Browns and took Wilson? When tanking is rewarded, tanking becomes a viable strategy, and this should never be the case. Only BB is unable to do it, because he is still on this delusional trip to proof it was him, and not Tom Brady. And I don't say we should tank, only that BB couldn't do it. But what I do think is that we should write off the season, give BB the opportunity to resign voluntarily, and start to plan and prepare the overdue rebuild. Anyway: The Cards will get Murray back if the reports are true, and this might cost them the first overall pick if they play for victories. The Bears could land the 1st and 2nd overall pick, and is Fields their guy, or the Mitch Trubisky 2.0?! Imho opinion Fields just lacks the football-brain to be a franchise QB. He simply can't read defenses, and I'm not sure if bad coaching is the main issue here. I think he simply lacks this quality. So that might also bite us. Because if they stay with Field, we might benefit the most: The Cards will most likely stay with Murray and the NY Giants mede a massive contract extension with Jones. In other words: so far we might have the first overall pick in regard of the QB position, and this might never ever fall into the hands of Bill Belichick. If we move on from Mac Jones, and I fear BB burned him, we have the chance to get centerpiece for the rebuild. We could be in a much better position, if we had already begun with it, and pieces like a good O-line were already in place. This is on Kraft. Two years would have been fair after BB achieved in the last roughly 20 years, but the last two years...

We won...fuck, this only helps BB, but not our team.
He can't even tank.
As for the Bills:
Their defeat against the Jets was no accident.
No SB material imho.

I cannot believe that the Jets had never beaten the Eagles before. They beat the Bills and were competitive against the Chiefs. They are actually a good team which lacks a good QB; and we know that they had addressed this issue. Maybe Mahomes is sooner or later sick of the T-Twizzle and flees for New York.

Top five pick?
IF BB is still our GM, it will be used Strangely...like a third round pick, or traded away in O'Neil style.

Edelman was on with Russillo this week, & pointed out a large part of why the dynasty worked on offence - because putting guys in motion so often essentially doubled/tripled the playbook. Brady was playing checkers against defenses, many year over year with younger less experienced personnel, putting guys in motion & seeing the gaps before the snaps. Mac Jones has proven to see nothing. Belichick who would love to unlock the more sophisticated offenses, cannot trust Jones to tie his shoes. Saban blew smoke up Bill's @$$ about Mac, & now they're paying for it. Edelman does suggest the Krafts would never fire BB, but they would agree on a mutual parting if that's what BB would opt for. i.e. don't see it happening soon. No, no, no, no! This bastards will never go voluntarily unless he has proven that he has been the system and that he can be successful without Brady. BB: Next season will be the one season we will be back on track of success. Meanwhile we are doing how well against the Saints?! 1-4 and roughly a third of the season has already passed. Maybe with a shutout in the most recent game. If the Bears and Broncos get somewhat their shit together we can go for the first overall pick...

Pats escape MetLife with a win after a Hack Wilson Hail Mary is deflected through a receiver's hands. Before Rodger's injury I was confident in the believe that we can achieve a solid forth place in our division. No we can dream: place three.
