Loving it so far! I don't understand why SJWs are complaining other than its all they ever do. I'm on ep 3 and just as into this as the rest of the Marvel/Netflix series. Anyone else liking it? Hating it?

I love it so far. Granted, I have only watched the first episode. Unless there is some kind of drastic drop in quality, I do not understand the negative reviews. I will see that the user reviews that came out today on most sites are overwhelmingly positive.

I'm liking it, also. I remember the talks about the fight scenes. Only thing I noticed is that he's not as impactful as Daredevil so far.

6 episodes in- the same number critics have seen- and I'm enjoying it; it's certainly not spectacular, but it's better than most critics were saying (although episode 2 really was very bad, they were right on that one).

Some of my highlights are scenes with Claire in short shorts (that 1st scene with her...). Rosario is so hot.

Better than Luke Cage and Jessica Jones, just second to DD. Fight scenes were great and I love the supporting characters esp Claire, Joy and Ward.

I like it, it's pretty slow, but quite enjoyable. (only seen five episodes, so by all accounts I should enjoy it even more after the sixth episode.)

I am loving it as well. Netflix has never let us down with a Marvel show yet. This is continuing a great run!!I really don't get the people that are complaining about it.

Three episodes in and I'm definitely enjoying it. Then I thought I might actually read a few of the negative reviews. And I saw something of a theme. "Racial missteps". "Mansplaining". "Problematic". "Orientalism". "Cultural malfeasance". "Cultural appropriation". Yep, it's just a bunch of triggered SJWs.

I might have been watching a bit too fast. I'm losing interest after the eight episode. I don't know, maybe it's just too similar to the other series, without much happening or just that I really don't like Danny much.
I'll watch it, made it so far so why not, but it's definitely no Daredevil, and even Jessica Jones and Luke Cage were more interesting than Iron Fist.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds Iron Fist the weakest show out of the 4 Defenders so far. The only thing that kept me watching this series is Claire and it's connection to The Defenders. Danny Rand was so very frustrating to watch with his short temper and complete idiotic things he did at times. I give DD 10/10 JJ and LC an 8/10 and this show a 7/10 because Danny Rand shirtless and Claire Colleen and Ward were the only things entertaining to keep this show afloat for me.

I made it 3 episodes in before I gave up. Crappy acting, action sequences and up till this point an pretty dull story. Maybe I'm being harsh because I was always more invested in a Daredevil series, but I couldn't find a single reason to keep watching this. And I'd been looking forward to it too.

It reminded me a little of Arrow, the same lost in a mystical world, learning martial arts etc but so far it is more believable. SJW's are fun to laugh at, the Asian woman on the show got to do the Action Woman thing and beat up much bigger and mostly white dudes. I guess they will never be happy until every white character has been replaced with a non white one.

Arrows original origins were far different from the show, but Iron Fists origins stayed pretty close to the comics.

whenamymetsalad Thanks that makes sense. I don't read the comics for any of the TV shows or films. I did look up Iron Fist though to see what race he originally was, lets face it. It just wouldn't be the same if Asian kid gets stranded in strange Asian land and learns Asian ways. SJW's know nothing about contrast and creativity.

3-1/2 episodes in and I'm really enjoying it. More than I did Luke Cage anyhow.

I think the show is VERY good. It is definitely better that Luke Cage. I enjoyed Luke Cage, but it dragged in the later episodes and the final fight was honestly laughable. Once Cottonmouth was gone the show lost some of its edge. I enjoyed Iron Fist from beginning to end. I really do not understand the critics at all here.

Hating it? I've seen the first three episodes and so far a little bored with it. I have no problem with "setting the scene" - Parents die in plane crash, he survives, animosity from father's business partner's son, possible sympathy from partner's daughter, etc, etc, and it's the ongoing repetition of this that is a drag. I'll stick with it and watch it all (I did with Luke Cage which I thought was very poor) and hope it improves considerably.
