With Disney running out of money to pay the critics for Iron Fist and Logan being a smash hit, the adults are finally taking back the superhero films from the kiddies giving us real mature films. Farewell kiddie marvel. Hello mature movies.

Guessing that's wormhole.
Well, anyway, Logan is a one and done type of movie. With all the rewrites that was tough for them to make. And it took a special group that won't be there for every movie.
Also, Iron Fist was actually quite good.

Farewell kiddie marvel. Hello mature movies. Nah, Logan got easy treatment from critics because it was Jackmans' last movie. Otherwise it wouldn't have done as well. The MCU has enough success they can shrug off one minor failure, and even then Iron Fist gets better as it goes on. Fox's obsolescence is more and more obvious, MCU thrives.

No. Logan is successful for being R-Rated like Deadpool.

"Nah, Logan got easy treatment from critics because it was Jackmans' last movie. Otherwise it wouldn't have done as well." No. Logan is successful for being R-Rated like Deadpool. No, that was just an excuse to throw buckets of blood around to distract from the banal plot. Which is just the usual X-Plot repeated several times over 16 years.
R-Rating is no indicator of quality, there's plenty of trash R Rated stuff out there and I seriously doubt making every CBM R Rated will mean anything.
Peter Parker randomly deciding to have anal sex with Mary Jane isn't going to automatically make a Spider-Man movies good.
Critics went easy on Logan because it was Jackmans' swan song.

You are just jealous that an Rated-R movie like Deadpool, beats most of you beloved little MCU Films to death.

Critics went easy on Logan because it was Jackmans' swan song. Logan was closer to The Wolverine than the other X-men movies. Was almost the same type of story. And quite right. Deadpool was a good movie because it was actually good. Not because of the R-rating. I'd say that Logan would have been good without the R-rating. It just allowed them to go all out with the gore like fans wanted.

Agreed. Logan's strength was the character interactions and themes of the war-weary and fallen heroes. Even without the R-rating, that would still be there.

If all FOX can offer is blood and skin, it shows how shallow it's become. Deadpool will burn out faster because he's a one-trick pony.

Deadpool, Legion, and Logan have taken the genre into three different directions which have never been, and will never be, realized by Marvel/Disney. "Fan favorite" director James Gunn and Scott Derrickson should take note before making The Belko Experiment and Sinister 2. They only thing they beat them to was blood and skin...and that's nothing to be proud of.
When they start making X-Films that aren't afraid to give us space adventures, aliens, magic and all that stuff then maybe you'll have a point.
As it is, X-Men is as stuck in the past as ever. All they can think of is blood, because they have nothing else.

People have to deal, that movies are not like their comic counterparts. Why is it so difficult to understand.

People have to deal, that movies are not like their comic counterparts. Why is it so difficult to understand. Because their reasoning for why they dropped so much of what made the comics enjoyable is BS. Other CBMs have shown you can easily tell cool and fun space adventures or fighting demons and stuff.
Why doesn't X-Men do that stuff? Because the filmmakers are ashamed of the comics.

Ah, you are the idiotic and braindead troll, who only can say "ashamed". Thank you for being a reason, imdb shuts down their boards. And if FOX is ashamed of the comics, then the MCU too.
