Levante hold on for the win (1-2.) Only one point behind RM now. RM have dropped 11 points in their last four league games.

Cristiano Ronaldo became the first player to score 400 goals in Europe's top five leagues as Juventus dropped points for the first time this season.
Ronaldo's fifth Serie A goal for Juve was added to his 84 Premier League strikes for Manchester United and 311 in La Liga for Real Madrid. He tapped in after Joao Cancelo's shot was blocked - having earlier hit the post with a header. But Daniel Bessa equalised with a header from Christian Kouame's cross. Juventus defenders switched off for the goal, expecting the ball to drop for a corner - but Kouame kept it in and found an unmarked Bessa. The hosts dominated most of the game, but of their 21 shots, only three were on target - all from Ronaldo, who had 11 efforts in total, in the first half. Krzysztof Piatek's run of scoring in every game for Genoa since his summer move from Cracovia came to an end. The 23-year-old Poland striker had scored 13 goals in his first eight games. Ronaldo's landmark puts him 10 goals above the second top scorer in Europe's main leagues, Lionel Messi - who scored his 390th La Liga goal for Barcelona in their 4-2 win against Sevilla. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45915916

On an otherwise boring day of football, there's Milan derby for those who belong to old school. I wish these two teams could become serious contenders again!
But otherwise, to sum up the week:
Real Madrid losing run continues even though they played pretty attacking football in second half of their defeat against leavant.
Barca and Bayern Munich get back to winning ways. But Dortmund hold their position atop Bundesliga by getting a convincing win.
There's nothing to talk about French Ligue 1 except Monaco's toil at bottom of table.

Bundesliga:
Bremen with their oldest swingers in town combo of Kruse and Harnik lie 2nd in the table, while Gladbach and the vastly overrated Dieter Hecking improving his stock further up the DFB list of potential candidates once the inevitable dismissing of current embarrassment Joachim Loew eventually takes place.
La Liga:
City rivals Espanyol(Yes, there's actually another football club in the city of Barcelona) lie 2nd in La Liga under the guidance of Joan Francesc Ferrer Sicilia, effectionally known in Spain as Rubi for short. Unfortunately, still waiting for the Espanyol faithful to serenade the team with renditions of The Kaizer Chiefs classic. Alaves, one time Uefa Cup losing finalists, lie 3rd in the Table.
Ligue 1:
Perennial underachievers and strugglers Lille lie 2nd in Ligue 1 under the excellent guidance of Ex-St.Etienne boss Christophe Gaultier. The list of Bundesliga, Premier League, La Liga and Serie A scouts grows on a weekly basis to oversee what has been tagged in the French Sports press as the 'The Three Bips Bips Bips' a tagline to to the much loved cartoon of 'The Roadrunner'. Montpellier, French Champions with a young emerging 'Lamp Post' leading the line, lie 3rd in Ligue 1.
A (cough, cough, cough) 'continental discussion thread' information brought to the morons by thezahir and not the usual reference that is Flashscore.com.
P.s. Forget to mention, Dortmund's Paco Alcacer finally managed to have a shot off target in a Dortmund shirt. As rare a sight as any poster on this thread actually watching a continental football match this season.

El Clasico: Barca 2 - 0 Madrid
No Messi? No problems for Barca. No Ronaldo? Lots of problems for Real.
And Leipzig needs to find the net if they want to make Bundesliga interesting. Leipzig 0 -0 Schalke after 67' min.

Bayern Munich drew at home so Dortmund has increased it lead by further 2 points during this round.
Real Madrid still 0-0 at home against Valladolid after 70'.

Real should suffer like Man U.

Dortmund 2 - 2 Munich
Wow! What a match so far. I ask you all to switch to it. Dortmund missed 3 chances in 2nd half but they still found a way to equalize. Marco Reus missed 2 chances but then an amazing second goal.

3-2!! Jadon Sancho ...the fastest footballer in the world? What a speed. Bayern are scared of his pace.
This is definitely the best game of 2018-19 season. Absolutely no doubt in my mind. Glad that I have seen the second half so far.

Genk are a game and a win clear in the Belgian league. Braga are equal with Porto on points at the top in Pirtugal.
That win puts Dortmund 7 clear of Bayern in Bundesliga.
Celtic look like they'll run away with the SPL again after Hearts judt startrd sucking.

10 man Barca now 2-3 down, 10 to go 2-4! Bookies cleaning up today Wow...just logged in to internet after many hours and I am pleasantly surprised to see Barca losing. Atletico had managed a great comeback win yesterday so it seems the consistent favourites are not in comfortable positions in Bundesliga and La Liga at the moment.
Leipzig also won their match and went 3rd in Bundesliga.

As much as I do love to see Bayern not win Bundesliga I am still not confident about Dortmund. That said I did see Dortmund play against Bayern and it was the best football I have seen in 2018-19 season across all leagues. Their attack was bloody fast and you could see Bayern defenders had problems matching their speed.
La Liga top 6 are separated by just 4 points. If only Atletico start performing on road they stand a good chance!

Should also amend the Scpttish situation: Rangers look dangerous 2 points off the leaders.
