What objective evidence do you have that proves that your religion is “correct”, and other religions are false?

None, no one does.
This is why it is incorrect to say one religion is right and one is wrong.

None, no one does. This is why it is incorrect to say one religion is right and one is wrong. But isn't that a bit in conflict with the First Commandment: "...no other gods before me"?

I believe in Christianity and salvation though Jesus Christ. But I have no objective evidence that can prove what I believe is correct. It's called faith.

Not really, I hold that there is one God I hold no other Gods than the one I believe in. What I am saying is that there is no objective proof my religious convictions, which is why I would be wrong to say my religion is correct and others are not, I am not saying Thor is equal to Jehovah.

It’s not my job or responsibility to test other religions for accuracy. I don’t even do that within Christian denominations.
They should offer it to me otherwise it’s not worth my time to comsider it as a “correct” religion although that includes the notion of atheism too.
I do realize it’s too slight a concept to teach regarding Gods non-existence but the discussion should be a welcoming experience too as opposed to adversarial.

You should read Kierkegaard to discover why that question is a non starter.

It’s not my job or responsibility to test other religions for accuracy. I don’t even do that within Christian denominations. 1 John 4:1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is —his good, pleasing and perfect will. 1 Thessalonians 5:20-22 Do not treat prophecies with contempt but test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil. They should offer it to me otherwise it’s not worth my time to comsider it as a “correct” religion although that includes the notion of atheism too. How can it when atheism is a lack of religion. There is nothing atheism is trying to offer at all. It’s religion that offers ideas about god/gods. I do realize it’s too slight a concept to teach regarding Gods non-existence but the discussion should be a welcoming experience too as opposed to adversarial. Well having a discussion about a negative isn’t really a discussion at all. The discussion is about whether there IS a god, not whether there isn’t one. As an atheist, I don’t need to present an argument that God does NOT exist because that’s a negative state. You should be offering a reason for why I as an atheist should accept that something according to you DOES exist, otherwise there is no reason for me to believe that it does. The only thing I can do is tell you why I don’t have a reason to believe. And it’s because you haven’t given me one, and neither has anyone else. There is nothing for me to “teach” beyond that because there is no such thing as atheist doctrine, or atheist tenets.

None, no one does. This is why it is incorrect to say one religion is right and one is wrong. Unfortunately I know more people who claim their religion is the right one or the best over others so it is a fair question to ask. But it is still interesting to understand why people choose to be part of a religion when they don't even know if any of what it teaches is accurate.

captainbryceWhy do you always use Scripture wrong? I don;t think I have ever seen anyone do it as wrong as you and still be so proud of it. Anyway time to school you again: 1 John 4 This is within Christianity and has nothing to do with me searching for truth in another religion. Again, this is within Christian teaching and is no way telling me to go out and seek other religions when I'm already in the true one. ! Thessalonians Again, this is within Christian teaching and is no way telling me to go out and seek other religions when I'm already in the true one.

captainbryceExactly. It's too weak of a concept. However, surely there is something appealing to their reality beyond cooling religious people brain damaged or bigots or evil or whatever other stupid idiotic thing they can think up about the religious. Even the nice ones stay silent for some reason. I mean all indication in their head is their view is near perfect. Share that view and you could pull people from the evil grips of a religion that requires us to try and love you. To be clear, you in particular SUCK at explaining what is wrong with my religious views. Truly horrible. One of the worst. So why waste time trying to teach me about my own beliefs which you clearly don't know and focus on the stuff you do/might know that would be an appealing topic? At best you are simply being a critic and at worst an adversary against something you disagree with. While that is your right to do, it highlights your idiocy rather than any intelligence you may have. I assume you have some since you know how to randomly search scriptures...Although they never have anything to do with the topic.

Why do you? 1 John 4 This is within Christianity and has nothing to do with me searching for truth in another religion. It actually has to do with you distinguishing what IS Christianity and what isn’t. That means looking at EVERYTHING and then weighing it against the Christian standard. It’s about determining what religious claims are true, whether they come from Christians or anyone else. Again, this is within Christian teaching and is no way telling me to go out and seek other religions when I'm already in the true one. I didn’t say it was telling you to seek out other religions. I said it is telling you to TEST everything for truth. The fact that he is a Christian instructing other Christians does’t mean this logic is confined only to situations where you are interacting with other Christians. It applies to all situations (throughout life). And you’re supposed to be using the advice to TEST what is good. Unfortunately you have such a narrow view of how to apply your own religious teachings that you’ve missed the point of them altogether. Thessalonians Again, this is within Christian teaching and is no way telling me to go out and seek other religions when I'm already in the true one. Again, I didn’t say it was telling you to seek out other religions. My point is that you are attempting to confine the message to be used only within the confines of a “Christian” setting (whatever you deem that to be), and that makes no sense because it contradicts the intent of the message. There are many claims made both inside Christianity and outside of it. Some of them are good, others are evil. But as a Christian, your belief is that whatever Christianity teaches is good because Christ was good. The Spirit doesn’t teach anything evil. But the bible specifically says to test prophecies “hold on to what is GOOD, reject every kind of EVIL”. Therefore, it would be a completely contradictory and illogical interpretation to assume that this passage is confined to within Christianity. What EVIL did Christ or the Apostles teach? I mean, I can think of plenty, but as a Christian surely you don’t think they taught evil. So then logically the passage must be including teachings outside of Christianity (which may be evil), and telling you to reject them.

For example is sitting meditation more accurate than a moving meditation like Tai Chi? But the point is not whether it IS accurate or not as it cannot be proven objectivley the point is does it sit right with me and allow me to live my best life, for me that is Christianity, for someone else that might be Islam, but none of that is objectively decided.

Yes I agree but spirituality and religion isn't the same thing. When people are trying to claim their religion is better than another one it has nothing do with spirituality. It's more about specific teachings and beliefs taken as facts. If I were to say that I don't believe the virgin birth of Jesus actually happened historically and then certain Christians tell me I'm wrong, they would have no evidence to show why I would be wrong in my belief just like they would have no evidence for their belief that a virgin birth actually did happen.
