I loathe Penn St and the creepy way their fanbase continues to suck Paterno’s dead dick, and I think they are very overrated this year as well, I will enjoy it if they collapse. thank you. even in the major sports - this is the creepiest, weirdest, eeriest 'Cult' out there. i disdain them - being from Philly I've had to endure it my whole life - even by those who didn't attend school there - people just root for Penn State.........it's mind boggling beyond belief.........it's a horror movie in the making It's because you're not a fan and you live in Pennsylvania. If you lived in Ohio, it would be Ohio State. If you lived in Tennessee, it'd be UT. And for somebody who has the most disgusting pro fans, you're living in a glass house, Filthadelphian.

I’m not high on Penn St and I’m not sure why everyone else is, they lost an outstanding RB that they can’t replace, also they lost several receivers and most of their defense. I’m unsure why everyone loves them so much, I think people place too much on having a good QB back, I’m curious to how well McSorley does without Saquon. I'm bullish on them, but my PSU homerism blinds my objectivity. Me too. I was going to go to a game last year, but didn't after thye honored Paterno. And I wrote the school telling them so. All you hear is "the guilty have been punished, let it go", then they prop up Paterno again. They do it this year, I won't go again.
Remember the name Journey Brown. RB #32. Maybe not this year, but in the future. I seen this kid play twice in HS. He is a quick as anything. Makes defenders chasing him look like a Road Runner/Coyote cartoon. And he can shed make people miss. Not in the rotation, because he needed to put on some muscle.
Yeah, small school but a lot of those highlight were against Erie HS's

Washington-Auburn is an exciting game, Washington is the superior team IMO, their defense is now shutting Auburn down and their offense has found more of a rhythm, I think the Huskies will pull out the win.

I think you're right. The first half to second half total yardage comparison they showed for Auburn (286 to 75) was staggering.

This is an interesting take here worth discussing. So because the University lies in my home state I should be a fan? Should I also be a fan of the Penguins, Steelers, Pirates ...and ....who's their NBA team...name escapes me?

Very nice win for Auburn, their defense got a lot of pressure and kept Washington off balance for most of the game and their offense came through when needed, they look like they will be strong once again. Washington looked pretty good as well but their offensive line got dominated for most of the game.
WVU is dominating Tennessee, Grier’s season is off to a great start.
Penn St pulls it out against Appalachian St in OT.

I’m excited to see what the Gators do under Dan Mullen, hopefully the offense will be much better than it has been, it’s been a disaster for years.

Tennessee has been trash for a decade, it’s amazing how far they’ve fallen. I love seeing them lose, they are a main rival to the Gators and their fanbase is one of the most obnoxious in CFB.

Tagovailoa gets the start for Bama and leads them on a TD drive to start the game! I’m curious to watch this Bama team, not only for the QB situation but also to see how their inexperienced but very talented defense does, will they be as great as Bama defenses usually are?

Alabama is destroying Louisville, it looks like they will be dominant once again, their defense has been extremely impressive like always and Tua is looking like the best QB Saban has had at Bama, I have no idea why it is was even a competition between him and Hurts, it’s clear Tua is a much superior player and he should’ve been starting last year. Bama will be incredibly hard to beat once again.

Many programs go through downturns. Look at USC between John Robinson and Pete Carroll. Look at Texas now, been shit since the National Championship. With the exception of 1991-94, Alabama was just another program from Bryant to Saban. Rare for a program to completely go off the radar, excepting special circumstances. like Army.

Miami-LSU is a good Sunday night game, both teams have strong defenses but question marks on offense, LSU up 10-3 now.

Miami is laying a massive egg!! Rozier is terrible, a turnover machine and inaccurate, and the Canes defense, which should be very strong, is getting picked apart by an extremely inexperienced LSU offense.
