That's a perfect meal for @fjh ! Not me, I don't eat eggs. you love Indian foods, dn't you? In India there is a substitute for everything. Use "Gram Flour" instead of eggs. It's 100% veggie and delicious.

I think 'breakfast' means something different where you are. To me it means a bowl of cornflakes and a mug of tea. His foods look delicious but that's what I meant when I said I would love to have those in lunch. But I guess with time the differences between breakfast and lunch is narrowing. And I am fascinated by this tea drinking in mugs. In India we drink tea in very small cups. When I left India for the first time I was surprised to see that western people drink tea in such large quantity.
