Banana, hash-brown patty (air-fryer style*), blueberries, 4 c coffee
*Set for 375 13 min. At 7 min (set a timer), flip and break into 5-6 pieces and raise the temp to 390. The jagged edges will crisp nicely.

I like cauliflower a lot. Is a staple in my part. It can also be made in Indo-Chinese style which I like a lot. The black chickpeas you can get from an Indian store and see on youtube how they are made in the best ways. Never tried Indian-Chinese style food... I'm big on Indian/Pakistani food, but find Chinese dishes mostly too sweet, and too stodgy. My My fav food is Thai. I dislike Chinese but Indo-Chinese is fine. Can't say how you would like Indo-Chinese but may be you can try it once.
You will Nepali food too (unless you already do).

You will Nepali food too (unless you already do). When I lived in Bermondsey, I used to let my bread knife have a lie in every Sunday... I would get up early doors, me and our wean would get the bus to Lewisham, do the car booty in the multi-storey... Then get the bus to Greenwich and take in the two markets... Late morning we would meet up there with our pals Keith, Punam, and their bin lid Nickel, for a Thai street food feast from a Thai vegetarian stall, from which every dish is heavenly... Then it was on to the riverside pub for several pints and dolphin spotting... followed by a bag of cans and the bairns playing in the park.

AJ... If you're ever in London, there is a Hare Krishna restaurant off Oxford Street you must eat at.
It's all vegetarian. and amazing.
Can't remember the street name, but it's on the Soho side of Oxford Street, and not far off opposite Newman Street.

I find them extremly annoying because of their missionary activities. I feel disgusted by their behaviour.
That said I may try to find their menu and seek those foods elsewhere.
Edit: I found their menu here:

That's the one mate... Stunningly great food, or was 25 years ago anyway👍 I used to work over the road in Newman Street, as the international order controller for a fashion house owned by the Kumar brothers... They owned Cardiff City FC at the time (might still do for all I know?)... When I handed in my notice because I was returning to education, they offered me the post of Cardiff City international PR.

@fjh Do you like falafel? Oh yes, delicious. Yeah, I like it too. Usually as falafel rolls but I could even have it in salad or simple bread. Pretty good in protein too.

Veggie dish that you should try. Healthy too if you make it with oats.

I'm doing a balti this evening, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, savoy cabbage, butter beans, green birds eye chilies, served with home done turmeric basmati rice. Top tip people... when cooking basmati rice add just a touch of vegetable oil to the water, it'll help stop your rice going 'claggy'. That probably works with all rice, but I'm a strictly basmati kind of guy mesen.

That's right. My mom adds ghee (clarified butter) to the rice for the same reason

If you like Indian food then you would also love Ethiopian food. They have got some very good spicy lentils. Very underrated food that every foodie must try.
