No. I think Revenge of the Sith is a better-made movie (“on an objective level”). I think Thor: Ragnarok suffered from a weak, unfocussed script and ultimately emphasized spectacle over character or plot. But so what? Who cares? How does any of this matter in the scheme of things? lol, talk about casting pearls before the swine. I recently had a conversation with a few persons where I tried to explain via music theory and scores why a Wagner music drama is artistically more valuable than Justin Bieber songs - I failed.
Still, one must try, if you bring enlightenment to only one person, it's a win.
Shut up, Hafabee, and stop pretending to be an intellectual already.

With that said, I’m more than willing to cede you the point if you admit that “on a subjective level,” people of good will may disagree on the merits of silly Spider-Man movies. Of course. You literally just described all three of the Star Wars prequels here. Revenge of the Sith suffered from a weak, unfocused script, and what characters? Anakin goes from wanting to save his wife to suddenly deciding "Okay, I'm evil now" in five minutes. I've seen Saturday morning cartoons from the 70s with better dialogue and character arcs than anything in the Star Wars prequels. See? We disagree! No debate. End of discussion. This isn’t politics, it’s space-operas and superhero flicks. I’m not going to rehash my reasons for liking the prequels, but I did like them (especially RotS). If you really want to delve into my thoughts on Star Wars, I’ve got a whole thread on it.

Um. I thought this should be obvious to a child of six. Um. OK.

I will say this: every festering minute of the Star Wars prequels was torture I would compare to Alex's conditioning from "A Clockwork Orange." I literally cannot understand how anyone can enjoy those films.

Um. I thought this should be obvious to a child of six. Um. OK. Don't listen to him. He did nothing of the sort, and if he did, he used it stealing someone else's words. He used to be a user named Hafabee on IMDb Original. He once "wrote" an eloquent post about an X-Men movie on IMDb Original. I remember being mildly impressed with it. Then Lord Death Man discovered he'd actually plagiarized the whole thing from a BFI essay on another film and he called him out on it. From that day on, I never took his nonsense seriously again.

To the tune of Mel Brooks’s “The Inquisition.”
We’ve got opinions!
Ain’t that great?
We’ve got opinions!
Cheer up, mate!
We’ve got opinions, we may disagree…
Without opinions how boring it would be!

Um. I thought this should be obvious to a child of six. Um. OK. it absolutely should be. But if one lacks the artistic point of reference, musical education and analytical intelligence, then one is just pretentious, ancient noise and the other is sweet, sound harmony sung by an divine angel. If God exist he would be an "Belieber".
On a more basic level, I had the same discussion on this board with some folks who proactively claimed that films like Citizen Kane or Godfather are inferior to MCU movies.

Nothing to say? I literally have your entire user history as Hafabee in another tab to use. Shall I begin talking about your old "predictions" about how the box office battle between the Fox-Men and MCU films would go down? Or the fact your Hafabee character was such a DCEU fanboy and you only become one as a way to insult MCU fans?

There was nothing great about the Venom movie. SMHC was by far the better movie.

There was nothing great about the Venom movie. SMHC was by far the better movie. You do realize it's illegal to say that here on IMDbv2, right?

Instead preferring to suffocate yourself in your own obtuseness like a rabid dog in a leash.
Now learn: "Hafabee" was an (amateurishly set up) trap of mine to catch a rabid raptor. Amazingly, you fell for it.
Did you ever hear the "Legend of DarthRaptor the Unwise and the little Bee"?
No? It's not a story a MCU fanboy would tell you. I explained my plot in all detail to this board already - here is the LINK: imdb2.freeforums.net/post/2203152/thread
Maybe if you had only watched Revenge of the Sith properly instead of brainlessly sniffing MCU movies ad nauseam you could have learned something to prevent you from this shame? There is not many films that show the rise of demagogues and have the bad guys win
Evil is a point of view, raptor. From your point of view I am evil. And, I have won...again.
Your failure is complete.

I knew if I poked you a little bit, you'd break and try to spin it another way. You can continue to make claims of how "clever" you are 'til you're blue in the face, but the fact you're Hafabee just kills any credibility you might have had. Also, just keep being sore about the Fox-Men films losing the war for audience affection.

Revenge of the Sith is one of the more Star Wars movies ever made. It has all the problems that its predecessor did and the only reason it's not the worst is because AOTC is god-awful.

You really need to get a new hobby. He would rather blame everyone else for HIS problems than take any responsibility for himself. Everyone he's done on IMDbv2 has been to vent his hate and frustrations. Is a gigantic waste of time.
