Not really, however if you're not already familiar, I would recommend the films Teshigahara directed either side of it, Pitfall [1962] and The Face of Another [1966]. Both tackle some similiar themes like lonliness and identity. They are also very similar in mood and style, both have that same sense of unease, other-worldliness and weird dread.
