"I choose to run towards my problems, and not away from them. Because that's what heroes do" - Thor
"I know I'm asking a lot, but the price of freedom is high. It always has been, and it's a price I'm willing to pay, and if I'm the only one, then so be it, but I'm willing to bet I'm not" - Captain America
"I am Groot" - Groot
"My armor was never a distraction or a hobby, it was a cocoon, and now I'm a changed man. You can take away my house, all my tricks and toys, but one thing you can't take away - I am Iron Man - Tony Stark
"You get hurt, hurt 'em back. You get killed... walk it off" - Captain America
"You still think you're the only monster on the team?" - Natasha Romanoff
"Tell him about the dance-off to save the Universe" - Drax
Peter Quill: I mean like, folks who have lost stuff. And we have, man, we have, all of us. Homes, and our families, normal lives. And you think life takes more than it gives, but not today. Today it's giving us something. It is giving us a chance. Rocket: To do what? Peter Quill: To give a shit. And I am not gonna stand by and watch as billions of lives are being wiped out.
Ultron: They're doomed! Vision: Yes... but a thing isn't beautiful because it lasts.
These are my favourites of the top of my head. I'm sure there's loads that I missed.

I'm more particular with one liners. Easier to remember. Off the top of my head:
Puny god Mewling quim We have a hulk I can do this all day That's what heroes do Why is Gamora Mewmew Hulk... Smash Humans are so petty... And tiny

I laughed so hard at "MEW MEW!" I feel like the MCU missed a golden opportunity when they named Thor's new axe stormbreaker. They should have named it Jarnbjorn and then we'd see what Darcy called it.

Tony: "I see a suit of armor around the world." Bruce: "It sounds like a cold world, Tony." Tony: "I've seen colder."

It's tough, but I'll never get over Thor barging into the pet store "I need a horse!".
Or Loki and his "I have been falling....FOR THIRTY MINUTES!".
How do you even go about choosing a quote? For every one I think of, that's ten left behind.
Gamora freaking out "I don't know what Cheers is!".
Captain America in the elevator in Captain America The Winter Solider.
"Before we get started, does anyone want to get out?"
It's stern, threatening, and still gentleman like.

I don’t have that many, but here are a few:
“The truth is…I am Iron Man.” (Iron Man, 2008.) Iron Man’s still my favorite MCU movie. It was an event on a level with the Nolan Batmans or the Raimi Spideys, and that last line was a jaw-dropper in an unusual way–not a Sixth Sense-esque twist that redefines everything that came before, but one that plays brilliantly with one’s preconceptions about superhero movies.
“That’s my secret, Captain. I’m always angry.” (The Avengers, 2012.) I didn’t like The Avengers on the whole, but I liked the way Whedon and Ruffalo handled the Hulk. This one isn’t shocking, yet (again because of preconceptions) it takes you by surprise.
“Before we get started, does anyone want to get out?” (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, 2014.) @cat has already pointed out how good Evans’ delivery is for this line: stern, threatening, yet gentlemanly. (Evans is really channelling his inner Christopher Reeve here.) The line itself is one of those that become really rather clever in context, befitting the MCU movie that I think works best as a movie, as a thriller, enough to appeal to non-superhero fans.
