The tourney has really become very interesting. So many are fighting for the no.1 spot but even those of us who do be content with top 10 finish find it joyous to make some good predictions even if by luck.
If I can put some suggestions on this thread then I suggest that whoever does the scoring on 22nd gives options to contestants to make predictions for the next 2 rounds (like for 26 and 29 matches). This might ensure nobody misses their predictions.
Also, my observation is that prediction contests usually brings lots of funny moments inside the different EPL threads. The December last half would be awesome! I would be willing to count scores and put the tables for at least one of those 4 rounds if not for 2.

Yes, post whatever you like. It's just an attempt to keep the weekly threads just for the predictions which makes it easier, for me anyway, to tot up the players' scores rather than trawling through non-prediction posts and quotes and all that. Thanks. |

And also because I made a mistake in typing for another previous game. The battle for no.1 is really going awesome. I hope you guys stay even on round 37 too. We will have to ask Stags what happens in case of tied finish. |

I put this to AJ and Darkshines and we agree it is by far the best option, certainly from a totting up point of view as well. There are games all over the place from Friday 21 Dec to Thursday 3rd Jan, odd games here, part cards there etc. The opportunity will be there to predict all 40 games in one thread which I'll put up soon. Predictions for 21 Dec - 3 Jan can be posted all at once or in stages courtesy of the edit button, it's up to the individual player. Put simply, Rounds 18, 19, 20, and 21 will be incorporated into a single thread. |

This tourney was and is intended to be totally stress-free, so let's have no more accusations, because it really isn't very nice and I'm already getting exasperated by it. This week Darkshines innocently duplicated La Fong's predictions, and I know she never looks at anyone else's predictions before posting her own. When she realized the similarity between her and La Fong's predictions, she felt obliged to post an edit explanation - unnecessary, in my eyes, as these things will happen over the course of 38 Rounds, and we have to accept that. Let's keep it friendly and fun. Thanks. |
