Not confirming or denying. Still collating. Well, no need to collate, the moon is tidally locked to the earth. That is a fact. You will not find a single astronomer who says anything different. You did not see a different part of the moon, because it is tidally locked. You were mistaken about that, just as you are mistaken about what is the normal variance of moon rise and set positions. It isn't normal.

Will you at least concede that due to tidal locking, you didn't see another part of the moon?

Why make a thread about it if you don't want responses? Looks like someone is trying their best to get into an argument about nothing this morning. It's the Erjen way. Post a video which demonstrates total ignorance of a subject, make vaguely supportive comments, and then fall all over yourself to not talk about it and avoid saying you believe anything in it. Cowardice, pure and simple.

Mmmm... no. Your insistence that the moon was moving about came LONG before your discovery of and foray into Youtube videos on axis wobbles or whatever your understanding of the magnetic poles is. It was literally months before you even began introducing the topic of pole shifts. Hence the copious amounts of info given in the first months, wherein the effects of a shifting orbit on the tide were described in great detail and ignored entirely due to their lack of video formatting.
But, dude, if you want to ret-con your first months of posting for your own amusement, it's certainly fine by me.

What I said is that the earth is wobbling on its axis as the polar shift draws nearer, thus changing the relative position of the moon in the sky as seen by an observer on earth. Is the wobbling causing the sun and the stars to change position as seen by earth observers too? Not enough to be noticeable, Laughing Boy II. The sun and the stars are further away than the moon.

Note the "(as seen by earth observers)" in my reply, the same qualification you made to "explain" the apparent motion of the moon due to the earth's "axial wobbling". The sun seems to go around the earth once every 24 hours, that's why a day is as long as it is. If the moon is a lot closer to the earth, shouldn't it seem to go around much faster (according to your novel astronomical model)?

The earth turns every 24 hours. The moon cycles a lot slower than that, so the actual movement of the moon is like the movement of the hour hand on a clock. It only appears to move faster because.....the......earth.....is......turning. Duh. That's why the sun, moon, and stars appear to move at the same rate. Damn. Even EE Hitler would know better than to try that. Go sit in the corner and put a paper cone on your head.

Saying you're still collating will be taken as a yes.

Yes, it's so easy to never be wrong when you make up answers you want that people didn't say. I'm not wrong though and haven't made up any answers. You just cast doubt on whether 20 children were actually killed at sandy hook because you're a conspiracy nut.

Warren Zevon was awesome! I was previously unfamiliar with that song. Thanks for posting.
