Definitely the Russos' trilogy.
I really like TDK - and I don't dislike TDKR like so many do - but the 3 Russo films are all better...
My personal ranking would be IW > TWS > CW > TDK > BB > TDKR
Nolan made 3 superhero movies featuring Batman: BB, TDK and TDKR. The Russo's also made 3 superhero movies featuring Captain America: CA:TWS, CA:CW and A:IW. A:IW is an Avengers movie, not a Captain America movie. CA:TFA is the 1st Captain America movie. Did you intentionally leave off CA:TFA because you know CA:TFA is so awful that the 3 Captain America movies can't compare with the 3 TDK movies? Another brilliant example of dcfan and The Great Question he provokes; 'Is he being intentionally stupid or is he really just that stupid?'

The Nolan Batman movies.
I'd put The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises above any of the Russo movies. In fact I'd put them above any other superhero movies period.
I would put Civil War and Infinity War above Batman Begins though.

The three films the Russos did does not qualify as a trilogy so Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy by default.

Basically, you attempted to cherry-pick 3 random MCU movies to compare against the TDK trilogy, but the TDK trilogy is still the best superhero trilogy ever made and MCU doesn't have any movies that can even compare to the TDK trilogy.

Err no, I picked the only 3 movies from the MCU that had the same director so it could be put in a fair contest against 3 DC movies that also had the same director. There was nothing "random" about it.

Again, it's wrong to categorize the films that the Russos did as a trilogy. I did understand what the OP was trying to get at.

Are TWS, CW, and IW not all related?
You say it's wrong to categorize them as a trilogy, but how do you describe ignoring the quotes around trilogy when you later claim to understand what he was getting at?

First Avenger was an excellent movie, one I prefer greatly over Wonder Woman. But it had a different director, not the Russos. The question was framed around them

The Winter Soldier and Civil War are already two installments of the Captain America trilogy, and even Marvel sells them as a three movie collection set. Infinity War is the third installment of The Avengers film series and is a follow-up to several movies, not just Captain America. I ignored the quotes because I felt it was wrong to use the word trilogy so loosely.

The very fact that he used quotes at all means he wasn't using it loosely, he was completely aware of the fact that he was using it in a way you wouldn't expect. Ignoring the quotes and responding the way you did - like the quotes weren't there at all - was intellectually dishonest.

So even Marvel doesn't package TWS, CW, and IW as a trilogy, which further proves my point that the OP is just trying to cherry-pick 3 random MCU movies to compare against the TDK trilogy. But it didn't work because the TDK trilogy is still universally considered to be far superior to any MCU movies.

No, what's dishonest is the OP trying to cherry-pick 3 random MCU movies and group them together as a trilogy when even Marvel doesn't package those 3 movies as a trilogy. For something to be considered a trilogy, you have to be able to buy the 3 movies as a box set from most vendors. For example, I bought the 3 Back to the Future movies as a box set. The 3 TDK movies can also be bought together as a box set. But there aren't any vendors that just sell TWS, CW, and IW as a box set. Because TWS, CW, and IW aren't a trilogy and it's dishonest to try to suggest that they are.
